Just received this grill yesterday. It is very sturdy. As a somewhat handy 65 yr old woman, it took me a couple of hours to assemble. The directions were pretty straight forward but assembling the lid holder was a bit of a challenge. The directions pics were a bit sketchy on that part. There are online 3-D app instructions but I opted to use the included direction manual. This grill is very well constructed, quite heavy duty, so I expect it will hold up to many years of grilling. The built-in charcoal bin (holds 30 lbs) is a big plus, as is the sturdy large table area to the right of the grill. The lid has a built-in thermometer. A sturdy, large, detachable grease "pail" attaches to the bottom of the grill, comes off easily. And the lid holder is a great feature. Love this grill and look forward to using it. ... show more

I splurged a bit and invested in this grill. Love the features, and the quality. I'm so proud of my new grill. I use a grill year around, and feature wise I could not be more pleased with its functionality. I don't grill for a large group, so I found the circular insert so convenient to use and clean up is a breeze in my sink. I can't say enough good things about this grill, from easy assembly upon arrival to deliciously cooked meats. Webber is a wonderful way to BBQ just about anything. The side table is fantastic along with the built-in charcoal storage. This is my second Webber in the past 18 years. My first one was damaged by a tornado, which caused me to by a new one. I recommend a chimney style charcoal starter; it is easy to use and reliable. ... show more

Product arrived packaged very well, and no damage that I could notice from shipping. I did however find the grill grate's outer ring had a broken weld on it while assembling. I registered my grill on Weber's website and contacted customer support to inquire on a replacement grate, and they were very friendly, and quick to send me a replacement grate! ($53 value) I'm looking forward to using this grill. ... show more

    • Great grill (even if a bit pricey)!
This grill is a bit pricey & somewhat smallish - at least given the quantities I grill at one time - which is why I deducted a star. However, other than that I love this grill! The side table is large enough that it does add functionality, the grill is very easy to clean/maintain and the ash catcher & charcoal bin are great extras. Also, the grill comes with charcoal trays that make indirect heat cooking a breeze. As I said, the unit is a bit pricey but I hope not to need to purchase another for quite a few years. we love ours - just make sure you order the one with the start button! I ordered wrong one first - they had it nearly put together when we discovered it didn't have the start button - Amazon was great about letting me return it for for correct one!
