The greatest grill of all time. I upgraded to this 26” from my 22” performer when we moved to Austin and I couldn’t be happier with it. The extra grill space comes in extremely handy and makes life much easier. I wasn’t sure if the grey upgrade was worth it, but it definitely was. I love you, Weber

Warranty
Had the grill for a year, enamel on bottom of grill started to chip off. When I tried to warranty it, they told me the would send a new part then, got back with me and told me it was thermal shock from using it in the winter, and pouring water on it, none of which ever happened. When I tried to escalate the claim I could never get out of their call center in India and talk to someone that I could understand. They read from a script and repeat the same answers offer and over. They have a system built to brush off there customers warranty issues.

Lid slides easily

Terrible Quality, Poor Quality Control. Avoid
Do not buy, quality is terrible. Yes you get more cooking area but at what price? As soon as I opened the box I could see imperfections under the outside enamel and overspray/that had dripped down the inside. As I put the grill together I noticed that the included parts were cheap aluminum for the legs and cheap fisher price looking wheels. As I neared completion of the build and inserted the charcoal holder and the grate I could see this wasn’t going to end well. The internal grate holders seemed a bit off as the grates wouldn’t lay flat and wobbled. The final straw that led me ultimately to return was that the lid did not fit correctly. Either the base or the lid were out of round. 500 bucks for a poorly made, poor quality controlled, Weber. Miles apart from the 22” So disappointing.
