Damaged box and contents going for replacement, Talk to customer service already the robot was very nice quick and helpful. Can’t comment on the actual quality of the grilling. Item arrived damaged. Immediately returned. The handle was bent and not painted completely. What’s worse is it was packaged this way. There was no damage to the box. And the paint wasn’t chipped. It just was not painted well. Meaning Weber let it leave this way. Where the QC? I recently acquired a Weber Master Touch grill however, I am disappointed to discover that the charcoal basket was not included in the package. It is frustrating that the manufacturer has ceased including this essential component, opting instead to provide a wire fence that attaches to the grate. The product images prominently feature the charcoal basket as part of the included items, which I believe may be misleading to potential customers. On a positive note, the grill itself performs exceptionally well and exhibits an aesthetically pleasing design.
