The media could not be loaded. This works well, suits my needs. The charging was fast and easy. Printing is a breeze. I like that everything I need was included to charge it up. When I work remotely and need a hard copy of something this works nicely. It connected easily to my phone and laptop.

This portable printer is so COOL! It is a small compact size and light weight, it fits in my computer bag with my laptop. My husband and I have a construction business and clothing company, so we are on the road and on job sites frequently. This printer comes in really handy when we need to print out a contract, receipt or photo. It is so easy to use and connects quickly to our phones or computers. The print quality for contracts and receipts is great, more detailed images (like photographs) come out a little spotty, but still look pretty good. Something to note, is that you do need to order thermal paper for this printer to work. The paper is a little more expensive, but you will never need to order ink so it balances out. I didn't use it because it has a web site that stops the printer from working due to a paper roll not being inserted that printer does not use a roll it is suppose to be hand feed one page at time the cost of the printer was twice as much as I thought I was paying so I would not use there product again ... show more
