After only 48.4 hours of use the Generator won’t start. Low oil light comes on. The oil is not low as it is on the full mark on the dipstick and at the bottom of the threads. Have called support 10 times with no call back.

Nice machine , remember to put oil in it before you start it. Pull start side panel comes off with 2 Phillips screws on the bottom of the orange panel. Plug in the power, add oil and your good to go. Remote start also works great.

It currently will not start. After following all instructions, replacing the spark plug, double checking everything, I will again call the 1-800 number monday when they open.

I've been using this 7250W version to power my camper for a couple years now. I like it. It can power pretty much everything on my camper at the same time no problem. The biggest complaint I have with this unit, and this took me a while to figure out, was, when the fuel tank is totally full, it creates a vacuum and wont drop gas out of the fuel tank, and the unit dies. To solve this, when the tank is totally full, you unscrew the fuel cap slightly so it can let air in and it works no problem. Otherwise this generator has been solid. ... show more

Worst generator I've ever owned. Needed a new engine ,co sensor, low oil sensor, pretty much everything except the shell. Only had 84 hours on it 1 year and a month. Customer service said they can't help because it's over a year old. Don't buy this product! (4600 watt inverter generator)
