This protector, in contrast to others that I have tested, does not bunch up or slide about while I am sleeping, offering a flat surface that allows me to sleep without interruption. One of the primary reasons I decided to get a mattress cover that is waterproof was so that I could protect my mattress from any accidental spills or stains. After putting its promise of being waterproof to the test, I can say with certainty that it lives up to its name. This protector stood up to the challenge posed by an accident involving a spilled drink during a relaxing movie night since it stopped any liquid from passing through and hitting my priceless mattress. In addition to its protective qualities, this mattress pad has a surface that is very plush and allows air to circulate freely. It has a soothing effect when it comes into contact with my skin, and it makes my bed cozier. Every night I get the sensation of sleeping on a cloud because of the quilted pattern that gives a touch of elegance to the bed. I recently purchased a new mattress and purchasing a new mattress protector is a MUST. The first thing I appreciate about the cover is the waterproofing. We both tend to sweat at night. It has good absorption. You don't hear the "crinkle noise" every time you move and it doesn't feel like you're sleeping on a rubber sheet. Secondly, I like the color. I have to wash the cover regularly and it always comes out looking brand new and not "stained" whereas I've always had white that showed stains. I love this thing. I had one on my bed that came with my Tempur-pedic mattress. However, my sheets were always moving out of place and wouldn’t stay put. I was tired of the corners lifting up so I purchased this one. I love that it’s cotton and not slippery and doesn’t allow your sheets to move all around also no crunchy plastic sound.
