Very nice little microwave. Clean and neat. Function buttons very easy to read. Much quiter than our old one but still noticeable when running. To open you have to push a childproof lever up while griping the handle. Not difficult at all but may take a little while to get use to. I taught my kids as my parents taught me what they can and can not do and never needed child proof devices on anything. Just thought i would throw that in. ... show more

This microwave is great it's very spacious and works like it should. The only thing that is disappointing is that it says it's stainless steel. But the microwave is only faced with stainless steel and all other sides are painted black. The description shouldn't say stainless steel microwave it should be saying it is a stainless steel faced microwave. But otherwise it is a fantastic microwave. ... show more

Great little microwave that acts like a full grown microwave! We had to replace our large MagicChef counter top microwave and I was drawn to this one for all the boxes it checked. I was a little nervous that it would be too small for my fiestaware dinner plate that measures 10.5". As you can see from the picture, it fits fine, even with the overlaying cover. I love that you can mute the beep and turn off the outside display. I love how quiet the door opens and closes. Just received this yesterday. I wanted a high watt microwave but it had to be small (to fit in my galley kitchen. Alot of them are 700 watts because they're small😒..but this one was 900 watts...perfect! Unpacked it..put it on the counter and it fit perfectly..measurements were spot on..18.7 inches wide.(which is what i was worried about). And I have to say,for a compact microwave it is really sharp looking..I got the black.but the FRONT looks more like a dark gray metallic..really pretty and high end looking. Overall,it works really nice,very easy to work everything and makes my kitchen look great! Don't hesitate..worth the money. (I did watch reviews on youtube and they were good). ... show more

This microwave oven works fine functionally but it had a quality issue. When I put the oven on the counter top, the left front leg did not touch the surface. Originally, I thought the left front leg was shorter than the others. It turned out the right rear leg is shorter. Due to the microwave oven is heavier in the right rear, it tilted the microwave oven. I checked the microwave oven for dents on the bottom and did not see anything wrong. I called Toshiba support and they said they would send me some repair parts and it would take a few weeks because it was out of stock. I said forgot it because I intended to just return it to Amazon. Later on I just added an rubber pad to the right rear leg and the problem was resolved. I did call Amazon and gave me some additional discount. ... show more
