The water taste great!
Style: Classic
Color: Turquoise
This slim-line pitcher is perfect for my refrigerator and fits neatly to the side on my top shelf. The dispenser nozzle makes getting water really simple and it doesn't leak when released. The water taste great, actually better than my bottled water, so I'm very happy with that. I think it's a good value, looks good, and appears durable. Recently my indicator sensor began blinking continuously, after 9 months of use, and I contacted the Waterdrop company. My call got disconnected, but they returned my call. I explained the problem and received a new pitcher within 2 days. I appreciate the great customer service.

Great Product and Excellent Customer Service
Style: Classic
Color: Black
I’ve had this for a little over two years now and I’ve had no issues whatsoever. The water tastes delicious and it filters quickly. It’s the perfect size for my fridge and keeps up with my water usage. I have switched to their alkaline filters and I find that water to be a tad more delicious. I haven’t done any fancy tests to determine if it’s better than Brita, but my research before purchasing had Waterdrop at the top. Recently my filter indicator died( after ~2 years) and I reached out to the company about purchasing a new one. They didn’t have a replacement lid for my dispenser and chose to send me a new dispenser and filters free of charge. I didn’t expect such above and beyond service, but this has been the best value I’ve gotten out of any of my previous water filter purchases. Highly recommended

No More Metal Taste, Easy on Hands
Style: Classic
Color: Turquoise
I’m one of those people who can taste differences in water and needs a filtering pitcher. I’m also hypermobile and my wrists and fingers no longer want to pour or fill a heavy pitcher. It hurts! So I decided to try this after reading reviews for various kinds. I love it so far! Very happy with my purchase! Pros: - great-tasting water, even better than my old pitcher! - sits easily on the counter while I fill it with the sink hose attachment, so no wrist pain holding it or having to sit it in the sink - small fridge footprint and flat on top in case I need to put something on it - spout is easy to use and so far doesn’t drip - holds a lot of water - looks sleek - great for when guests come over/don’t need to refill so often Cons: - takes about three filter compartment fills to fill up the whole container. The filter does work quickly though. - finger grips to move the container might be hard for some to use, but I just hold it from the bottom anyway - filter change indicator doesn’t light up until close to change so I won’t know if it’s working for a while - the whole filter change indicator has to be replaced if the battery dies vs changing only the battery

Filters Clog Quickly
Style: Classic
Color: Black
I was a Brita boy long ago. But I found a few video reviews of this dispenser and was hooked. First, it fits really well in my refrigerator (I really like the built-in curve on the bottom for sliding the dispenser forward just over the shelf hump to fill a cup). Second, water is filtered so fast, it's ready to be dispensed within a couple of minutes. And it tastes a lot better than the unfiltered tap water, even at the same temperature (I like to think my palate is particular, since I worked in the wine industry for eight years). In addition, I found a review of a filter test. This brand removed more chlorine and other bad-tasting substances than Brita and other brands. True, it doesn't remove a lot of TDS (total dissolved solids); that's a job for expensive reverse-osmosis filters and distillers, which usually have to be installed by a plumber. And that will set you back $200 to $3,000, depending on the system. The capacity is perfect for my wife and me. We can fill a couple of water bottles for hiking and still have a lot left for the house. I can also use the contents for making pasta, which is affected by the water's taste. Also, the 18-cup size isn't too heavy or cumbersome for us to carry from the sink to the fridge. I've had this for three days, so I can't comment on the filter indicator light or the filter life. Update August 8, 2022: After the fourth refilling about four days ago, I noticed that the filter had slowed to almost no drainage. I emailed the company. Within 12 hours, they answered by saying I needed to shake the filter horizontally 'til I heard a rattle (it's sand, so it's more of a shushing sound). They also said they would send me a three-pack of filters for free. Yesterday, I received the pack. I prepped a new filter according to the enclosed manual and filled the dispenser (2 fillings). Today, for the third filling, the filter hole closest to the spigot began to falter. I emptied the reservoir, removed the filter, shook it, and replaced it. Problem solved. For now. I think, taking other reviews into account, that this issue will continue. To be fair, I haven't had my water tested for solids. Yet, I haven't had to clean my faucet aerators. Still, I really like the taste of the water, the capacity and design, and the speed of the filtering (when it works). Shaking the filter once in a while is no big deal. So I'm going to stick with this product. UPDATE (AUGUST 29): Since I started using this product June 27, I've gone through two filters and yesterday had to insert a third. At approximately $12 per filter, this has become unacceptable. I followed the manufacturer's instructions for unclogging the filters (shaking horizontally, running water directly on filter), but the flow would, after one or two refills, stop. For each filter. So this is not a fluke. Thankfully, after pleading my case, Amazon kindly extended the return policy past 30 days for me and sent a return label. UPDATE (SEPT. 9): Waterdrop, after I contacted them a second time, sent me another pack of filters and followed up with three emails asking if things were any better. Although they knew I bought this though Amazon and the 30-day return period expired, they offered a full refund if I continued to have problems. So far, I haven't had any issues with the product. The present filter has functioned as expected for the past week with five refills. However, I observed that if I fill the reservoir and move the dispenser from the sink to elsewhere, the filter's flow becomes erratic. So I just leave the thing in the sink until it's done filtering. Then I put it in the fridge. Problem solved. I'm keeping this thing. I changed my rating to four stars, since the product has a bit of a quirk.

Pure Water finally
Style: Classic
Color: Turquoise
Cheaper and easier to use than the ones that don’t filter chemicals like chlorine. I use it for everything including my fountain, and plants. Especially safe for cooking and tastes the best of any expensive bottle bottle I’ve tried. Highly recommend.

Great For The Office!
Style: Classic
Color: Black
I purchased this along with water bottles to keep in our office kitchen for the employees to have filtered water AND reduce our plastic usage. My team loves how much water it holds and the size/shape fits perfectly into our fridge. It's really upped our water intake too - Great purchase!
