I LOVE this water purifier! It is so easy to pour myself a glass of cold clean refreshing water. Setting it up was a breeze- I am a senior lady in her late 70’s and had no problem! I did scan the filter label and found a nice gift included if you do choose! I do store mine in my fridge however it’s very good looking and also would look handsome on a counter top. Also has a handle for portability. Very cool product!

Refills my 32 oz water bottle quickly and effortlessly. The sleek design fits perfectly inside my refrigerator door and is easy to refill with water, and since it filters the water as it's pouring it (similar to a refrigerator filter) I don't have to wait to fill up my water bottle. I've had it for almost a month now and only had to charge the battery once. The app helps me track my water consumption as well as the filter life. I was considering a Brita system, but that takes up precious shelf space in the fridge, and the pitcher version (fits in the refrigerator door) requires more frequent refilling. Overall I'm very pleased with this filter system and highly recommend it.

I got the Waterdrop Compact Electric Water Filter Pitcher about three weeks ago, and I’ve really enjoyed it. Setting it up was a breeze, and the instructions were straightforward. It fits nicely in either door of our refrigerator, making it super convenient to grab a drink quickly. Most importantly, the filtered water tastes fantastic! At first, I thought I would need to take the whole pitcher out of the fridge and let it sit while charging with the USBC port, but I decided to try charging it using one of my portable power bricks instead. I just connect my portable power brick to the USB-C port on the dispenser, and while it charges, the water stays cold. Just a tip: make sure your portable power brick is large enough to fully charge the water filter. Overall, based on my experience so far, I highly recommend the Waterdrop Compact Electric Water Filter Pitcher.

When it works, it has a great taste, decent flow and is a wonderful filter that fits perfectly into small spaces but holds a decent amount of water. However - it was bought within the year and has broken now. Customer service has been an absolute slog of a process with multiple emails being sent and not a clear line of response. This has left us with a broken unit and no idea if the company is going to honor their one year warranty.

I’ve had this water filter for 3 weeks now and I’m impressed how well it does filtering our water and how well my family has adapted to using it. My main goal when buying this was to get rid of chloramine and its smell. Our micro municipal water system uses a well to service 40 houses in our neighborhood and recently there has been issues with bacteria in the water. They’re adding the disinfectant by the boat-load - the smell and taste of the water is unbearable. We use a filter pitcher from LifeStraw which is good for several cups and we keep that in the refrigerator. My adult son told me I was crazy and wasting money on this countertop unit. My husband and my daughter shook their heads at me as well. Too big, takes up too much counter space, already have a filter, etc they told me. I ignored them and set it up next to the sink. After 3 days the positive comments started. My son, the biggest nonbeliever, tells me he can taste the difference. Same for my husband and daughter. What I’ve noticed is the sheer quantity of water we use with it. I’ve been refilling it at 3 times a day - more than 3 gallons a day. Meaning we’ve been drinking much more clean water than before and that’s a win in my book. The most important feature is that the filtering is on demand and not a gravity filter. This means the water in the tank is not filtered water until you dispense it. A gravity filter automatically filters the water and keeps the clean water in the pitcher. This means that the water you drink with the Waterdrop unit is freshly filtered. With a gravity pitcher the cleaned water sits in the pitcher and absorbs the plastic chemicals (leachables) which means you’re drinking some of the very chemicals you wanted cleaned out of the water. Unless you use a glass pitcher. Overall my family and I love this filter and wonder why we didn’t do it sooner.

I sometimes forget to drink enough water when I’m working, so I got this to make refills more convenient. This takes up very little space on my desk but holds almost a gallon of water. I bought it over a month ago and use it daily, but haven’t had to charge it once. The tap water where I live is terrible, so granted I refill this from a Brita filter attached to my kitchen sink, but the water from this is clear and perfect and way better than using the brita filter alone. It’s easy to clean and comes with a little cleaning brush, which I use once a week. It’s light and easy to carry from room to room; I move it to the nightstand before bedtime so I never run out of water at night. Great product highly recommend if you’re trying to drink more water!
