I rarely write reviews but it was kind of disappointing that the item stopped working properly after a few hours. The cold/water stops working after a few hours after turning on the switch. To make it “work” again, I have to unplug it several times and it’s honestly tedious. I like the design, just wish it worked properly. Update: The seller responded quickly and sent a new replacement. Will update again once received! Update 2: Was sent the replacement awhile back. The cooler works great! Has been a year and no issues! Thank you so much!

I love the fact that you don’t have to push a button and wait for the hot water to be hot. The cold water comes out nice and cold and the hot water comes out nice and hot. Great product for the price.

I took back a rented cooler back to the supplier. I should have done this years ago. The hot water is way hotter than the first cooler.

I ordered this water cooler because I thought it looked nice and it was affordable. I ended up not liking it for 4 reasons: 1. The nozzle where the water came out was up under the top so it was difficult to see. When you pressed the button for cold water, if you had a narrow opening you were trying to get it into, it was hard to get it right without a little spillage at the start. Not a problem with an open glass, but with my water bottle I used, it was always an issue, I basically had to kneel down to see where the water would come out. 2. The water wasn't kept cold enough in my opinion. Other water coolers I had kept the water colder, which I preferred. 3. The area where you could set a water bottle was not tall enough. Again, this isn't an issue for a basic glass, but I have a tall water bottle I like to fill up and I always had to put it in at an angle. Probably my fault for not noticing this before I ordered. 4. After about a month, our GFCI switch triggered in the kitchen. I tracked it down to this water cooler. I could have everything plugged in and it would work fine, then as soon as I plugged this water cooler into the outlet it would pop the GFCI. It did this repeatedly. I waited 24 hours and tried it again and it still did it. I'm past my option to request a return/refund for this, which is unfortunate, but you win some you lose some.

After reviewing the cheaper water coolers, I decided I'd better spend the extra $20 to go up to the next pay tier- I'm so glad I did! This cooler is sturdy, the water gets near boiling and very cold, and the instructions are straightforward! I love the child safety feature on the hot water. My only complaints is that they don't tell you that you will need the snap on water jugs and the special caps so you don't make a mess putting the jug on. There is a little noise, but nothing louder than a refrigerator.

Love having my water cooler. Quick and effect way to access cold water every morning for the whole family. Easy to use and install. Fit perfectly in my small space. Isn’t loud at all. Will definitely last a long time.

the price for this is reasonable. its all black which works well here at the factory. it doesnt look dirty from the dust. it dispenses hot water but the cold water is luke warm. we checked the switch on the back. the light is on next to the snowflake but the water is just regular nothing cold. we will reach out to vendor.
