    • Wonder water!

This has been great. We don’t have to keep buying bottles of water. The best investment I have made this year. Hubby and children love it.

    • Love
Perfect for refilling reusable water bottles and reducing plastic waste. Plus more affordable than buying plastic water bottles. Cost me about $2.50 to fill the 5-gallon jugs at Safeway, Sprouts, or Walmart. It works great and keeps water cold and hot. You can opt for hot water or not, but you can turn on the switch in the back. I love it for tea, it is faster than boiling water. Easy to use and not loud when cooling or heating. ... show more

Review Image by Danay Socarras
Funciona muy bien y enfría el agua rápidamente. Es práctico y no hace mucho ruido. Le doy 4 estrellas porque ocupa un poco de espacio, pero en general cumple perfectamente su función.

    • Ran great for 4 years, great value!
Dispensed cold and hot water as described, no problems for 4 years. Ran quiet, not loud. Finally began to leak 4 years later, well worth the money.

    • Practical, comfortable and very useful at home
Review Image by Lazara
I bought this dispenser to use with gallons of water, and it's been an excellent choice. It's very easy to install: just place the bottle on top or plug it in, and you're ready to pour water effortlessly. I love it because it saves me from having to lift heavy gallons every time I want to fill a bottle or pot. Plus, the water flow is constant and doesn't drip. The material seems durable and doesn't take up much space in the kitchen. It's also ideal for those who don't want a large electric machine: this one is simpler, more economical, and does its job perfectly. Highly recommended if you use gallons of water at home and are looking for something practical and functional. ... show more

    • Worked OK for a month, then it tripped my GFCI outlet constantly
I ordered this water cooler because I thought it looked nice and it was affordable. I ended up not liking it for 4 reasons: 1. The nozzle where the water came out was up under the top so it was difficult to see. When you pressed the button for cold water, if you had a narrow opening you were trying to get it into, it was hard to get it right without a little spillage at the start. Not a problem with an open glass, but with my water bottle I used, it was always an issue, I basically had to kneel down to see where the water would come out. 2. The water wasn't kept cold enough in my opinion. Other water coolers I had kept the water colder, which I preferred. 3. The area where you could set a water bottle was not tall enough. Again, this isn't an issue for a basic glass, but I have a tall water bottle I like to fill up and I always had to put it in at an angle. Probably my fault for not noticing this before I ordered. 4. After about a month, our GFCI switch triggered in the kitchen. I tracked it down to this water cooler. I could have everything plugged in and it would work fine, then as soon as I plugged this water cooler into the outlet it would pop the GFCI. It did this repeatedly. I waited 24 hours and tried it again and it still did it. I'm past my option to request a return/refund for this, which is unfortunate, but you win some you lose some. ... show more

    • Cool and sleek
This is a really useful water dispenser. I bought it to replace an igloo unit I had for about 6 years that worked well until a month ago when it stopped cooling water. I read some of the reviews of this cooler but luckily I did not have any of the problems like smell or leaking that others gave mentioned. I do make sure to unpack it and leVe it upright for 4-6 hours before starting the detailed startup instructions. It does a nice job with cold water and it comes out at a good rate. It is very quiet when cooling water. If you are filling water bottles with this you do have to be careful that you line up the spigot with the bottle. If filling a glass it is no problem. I have not used the hot water since I am only interested in cold water and it is very refreshing and no problems with taste. I would recommend this highly, at least for the month I have used it. ... show more
