We live in Phoenix and I bought this product last January. We used it through the winter last year so for about 3 months and it worked fine. We just started using it this year and we have probably used it 3 times and it has completely stopped working and the red power button on the side is fried and wont click up or down it is just stuck. The ironic thing is I was about to buy a second one but given that this product didn't even last a year when only being used for 3 months out of the year I can't justify buying another one. I also can't find a customer service number to call so unfortunately I can't recommend buying this product. ... show more

Heater would not light after assembly. I had to remove heater head and control, disconnect the the regulator hose from the heater control base. Then use compressed air (25LBs pressure) at the control base to blow out obstruction. With the control knob set to pilot and pushed in, I initially tried to dislodge blockage with lung pressure, which proved not to be strong enough. But did indicate the problem was in the control head. That when I used the compressed air and the pilot button I heard a pop and then air rush. It also take a few second for gas to reach the pilot, so you need to be patient before attempting to press the ignitor button. ... show more

We had this heater and it worked great for about 4 weeks. After about a month, it just stopped heating up and we had to return it. It was very warm when it worked, but the longevity of this heater is very suspect.

Started using in January, stopped working in April. We've giving 4 stars for the fantastic customer service we received. They offered a full refund on April 18th, even when it was too late to return the product. We would definitely consider buying from them again.

Cute little heater with a great heating capacity. The problem I have is with the remote control. It’s cheap and only works sometimes. You have to be really close to use it, which kind of defeats the purpose of having a “remote” control. Also, you can’t see the controls on the unit unless you look on top. So again, the “remote” control is useless because you can’t see if you’ve chosen the right settings. If you don’t need a remote, then this is a good choice. ... show more

Throws a ton of heat, but I keep tripping the breaker... so I don't feel comfortable using it yet. Would like to use it outside and don't want to have to monitor it every second. Thinking that vision will not be feasible. Still holding out hope.
