The light are very bright, but dimmable, with color changes from natural light to blueish light to warm yellowish light. I haven't had it long, so I can't say how it works for a long period of time, BUT, I can tell you it is exactly what I wanted. It has a remote that gives you different speeds and at its highest was still quiet. What I loved the most, it has 3 different settings for lights, warm, cool and one more - can't remember, but the best part, is you can make the lights brighter. When I first turned the lights on I was so bummed because it was so dark and I thought I'd have to add a lamp for the room, but then I read the directions for the remote and saw that I could adjust the brightness and boy it made a difference. The media could not be loaded. Pros: sleek modern look, quiet, significant speed, good price. Easy to assemble by someone who’s installed a fan before. Love the remote and variety of white light settings. I like my fan speed fast and setting 2 is plenty for me. Cons: not a ton of light, but for me in a bedroom setting that was completely normal. These fans are great. They look great, the lighting is bright LED bulbs so no more replacing light bulbs and the fan blows so well you can feel the breeze from it far away. After I bought the first two I bought three more to replace the remainder of the fans in the house.

So happy with this stylish fan that we ended up ordering 4 of them. Look is very stylish. Noise is too low to even notice it. It works in a reversible (winter) mode too, but we have not used it yet. Installation is very straightforward and assembly instructions are intuitive enough. I am no handy man, but with clear instructions, I ended up installing all 4 of them myself. I have read few reviews around, remote control losing connection with the fan, haven't noticed it yet, but will provide another update in 6 months on the longevity and performance. ... show more

Overall, the fan is okay. It went in relatively quickly, but the instructions have a lot to be desired. Programming the remote to the fan does NOT work as the instructions state. The remote never "beeps" when programmed, and it doesn't tell you you have to press and hold the fan speed buttons for a few seconds in order to choose a new speed. We bought two of these fans, and the instructions are the same on both, and wrong on both as well. ... show more
