As a litter robot it works fine. My cats got used to it pretty quickly and have no issues using it. It does the cleaning cycle on a timer that you can set in the app, and it does a good job of keeping smells at bay. Having said all that, cleaning it is an absolute nightmare. There is no way to clean this thing without getting litter everywhere. When you finally get the drum clean (which doesn’t open so you just have to get up in there), you have to dump new litter in from the opening, which results in all of the clean litter spilling out of the opening in the back. The cleaning process pretty much negates everything it does automatically. I would rather just clean a regular litter box at this point ... show more

Can I give zero stars? The drum doesn’t connect smoothly, so there is a gap. When the drum rotates to clean, litter leaks out onto the floor.

It worked pretty good for about six month. Definitely amazing when it is working, but there are no replacement parts for sale. I had to buy a new one when the globe started leaking.
