I’ve never been a clock watcher. I’ve been retired since 2004 and primarily operate on a Winter/Spring/Summer/Fall timeframe rather than a day-to-day calendar. However, I do a lot of genealogical research so I never know what century I'm in ... let alone the day or month. Add to that my aging brain and I'm to the point where I need some help. After putting the trash out on the wrong day, I finally realized I needed something to keep me grounded. So, I purchased this clock. It was easy to operate ... just added some batteries and the clock set itself. Has kept time perfectly. I guess one point of concern ... for me ... is that it is too large for my bedside table. So, I put it on my dresser. I have a small alarm clock I use for bedside. Even so, even at night, and across the room, I can see this clock well enough to read the time than I can my bedside alarm clock. I have small light source in my bedroom at night for one of my cats who is visually impaired. (My bedframe has a wonderful light that lights up under the bed – love it!) Anyway, it provides enough light that I can see the time on this clock. My bedside alarm clock is another story. To see it I have to press a button on the clock to see it. Everything really was better in the 60’s! Miss those clocks where the numbers and the hands of the clock glowed. So, I’m back to purchase another clock to put in different part of the house … for those times when I forget the day or date! Now, I won’t have to run back to the bedroom to look.

Like the look. Took awhile to set up then ran fine for a couple weeks. First to go was the temperature. It's more the house than the outside. This morning it lost an hour, the date and day. Fixed the time and the date but it's still a day off and temperature is still not accurate. I've had it 1 month. I no longer have the original box so I can't even get a replacement. Update The customer service for this company is amazing. They read the review and contacted me. They offered suggestions on how to fix the problem and responded quickly after each time I tried their suggestion. In the end when I couldn't get the problem fixed they sent me a replacement. Hopefully this clock will work right. Irregardless their service is excellent, I wish all customer services worked this well. Thank you

This clock is very easy to set up once you read and follow the instructions. I like to have a clock that I can look at the time right away and this clock besides of having big numbers, it has the date, temperature and humidity inside the house. It has the feature that when time changes, it will change automatically, no need to do it manually like with my old clock. Really recommend this atomic clock, it is not bulky and can be hang on the wall or put on a table or wherever you want. Very happy with this purchase.

Hangs on the wall in the corner above a small painting of my wife and I where I see it when I wake up. Don’t use the alarm, but having the time and room temperature at a glance as I wake up is very handy. I wish it had a thought activated backlight for the middle of the night. Maybe next year.

It was difficult to figure how to set the time but once done it’s great. I can easily check out the daily temperature along with the time and date. Large display is great. Very useful.

This "atomic clock" gets its time from the real atomic clocks at the National Bureau of Science and Technology via their WWV radio time signal so it is always perfectly accurate. It displays the time, date, day of the week, temperature, and humidity so it is all you need on your desk at a glance. It is a liquid crystal display so there is no light coming from it. The ambient light in the room is all you need and the battery should last a really long time. No AC required so no resetting if there is a power glitch. It just sits there and gives you its information in large enough characters that you can see it from anywhere around your desk without glasses.
