It’s a but too early to say but this thing appears to be awesome. Seems to have lots of power and was easy to install. The synthetic rope seems like it wouldnt be strong enough but apparently it is. Time will tell. Overall, i’m happy with my purchase.

I got this for my side-by-side to get unstuck while mudding on my property (got tired of using my tractor) so I got this. Installation was straightforward, I had to drill a few holes for it to mount on the front of my side-by-side, but nothing difficult. I've been using it for over a month, pulling logs, getting unstuck, etc. It never skips a beat, it's super smooth and has plenty of power for what I do around the property. The remote is an awesome feature to have, I find myself using it a lot more than the corded controls, especially when winding the cable back up so I can get the hook nice and snug without getting too tight. Use it to winch are plane into the hanger. remote has to have a clear site of the control box. we have to add rope to reach out to the taxi way then reconnect and pull the plane in the rest of the way but for the price it works great.

A 5000lbs winch sold with mild steel mounting plate - this is simply unacceptable- sheer stupidity on the manufacturer part - reinforced heat treated steel bracket is NEEDED TO SUPPORT A 5000 lbs load What a joke But the winch itself did work great ... show more

Had one on my 87 samurai and works amazing pulls like it’s nothing. I even put one on my 2015 Polaris Rzr 1000xp and fits snug. May have to adjust the radiator hoses but other then that easy to install and use. Love the wireless controller makes life easier.

Says in product description that cable is 46' but is more like 25' also I can't get the rocker switch to work, only the wireless handheld works the winch and only when i figured out you have to hold both buttons untill it flashes, but other than that it is a great winch and works well.
