    • NEW item was shipped dirty! Had to be cleaned before installing.
The product is great. However, when we received the product, it was extremely dirty. NOT from shipping! The box was intact. I had to spend an hour and use three different products to get it clean before it could be installed.I have worked in shipping before and so I know how to ship an item so it is protected. However, this item was placed in the box dirty! I suggest the company take more care in protecting NEW items from getting dirty as to prevent this in the future. ... show more
