I am very happy with it. I bought it specifically to walk when I can’t walk outside. I have it in front of my tv and I listen to music or watch a show while I walk. I am very happy with the handle. It is short. I am 5’4” and it is waist high. But since it is a small treadmill, the handle has saved me many times from falling. I’ve lost my balance because my stride sometimes is too long. Very easy to assemble, perhaps 15minutes. Treadmill is short, as others note, but at 5'7 I didn't have a huge issue with the length. I don't know that I'd use it for actual running though, but it's great for speed walking and just keeping active. The bar is a decent height, but I wanted to be able to easily slide it under my couch when not in use so I did not actually screw it in, just put it into the holes. I have a small apartment so size and ability to store and move easily was a concern. It's about 40lbs, easier to move than I thought, and seems sturdy for the size. The walking pad works great! I didn't like that you have to flip it upside down to change the incline with the extra pieces. I also was unsatisfied with the handle bars, it was too short and they don't fold down. There also was no place to put the remote for safe keeping

So far I really like this walking pad! It has different speed settings 1-5mph so you can comfortably walk or jog. I will say it is short so you have to be careful you don't go too far forward or backwards and it does have the stability bar however it is a little short. It’s nothing like the advertisement and the bar is so short I believe a toddler could walk on it. I’m 5’4 not tall at all and it comes to my knees almost … paid way to much for this joke of a treadmill and I guess you get what you pay for but in this case it was to much!
