We have a small space, so this walking pad is PERFECT! I really enjoy how compact, and easy it is to move around. The performance is terrific and it is not noisy when running, even at the jogging speed of 3.8 mph. I can walk & watch tv at the same time. This makes it easier to stay consistent with my exercise. The walking pad has just the info I want; not a bunch of data and features that I don’t want. There are no handles, so using under a standup desk is safest, but I use a hiking stick for balance (I’m 62 😉) so that helps me to not fall. The remote control is awesome! I keep it in my pocket, so I can easily stop or slow the treadmill when necessary; there is no emergency stop cord. All in all, perfect for my needs and an excellent value. ... show more

Received the item today. So far it seems to be well made. I am ~260# and 6’ have no issue with the width or stride on the machine. The massage side of the pad is nice. Could be a little faster, but I’m assuming that’s due to my weight as my wife, ~100# has no issue. The “sport” side is nice and at 4 mph is a good pace. Assembly is easy, two bolts, two washers, and two legs to be a stand off for the belt to the floor. It is very quiet for a walking pad. It is compact and easily storable in an entryway closet. I have had this walking pad for a few months now and love it! Quality is study and I’ve had no issues operationally. I have a full sized treadmill at home but it’s in the garage and most days I prefer to get some quick steps in in my office while watching tv (which is where the walking pad comes in). I lost the remote and emailed customer support. I wasn’t sure what to expect for service and responsiveness. Cici quickly got back to me and worked with me to send the remote for free! Above and beyond service as I was prepared to have to pay for a remote (and wasn’t sure how long it would take). Within 2 days, I received my remote! Exceptional service. The box was open on one end and you can see the treadmill, box was ripped in the middle, and basically not well protected. It was so easy to get it started. I gave it a five min test and perfect. I tried it again 30 minutes later and it didn’t want to turn on. It eventually did. I’m hoping it didn’t get damaged during shipping🤞. I like it, but not if it’s going to work intermittently! We’ll see. I’ll try it again tomorrow. I’m giving it 3 stars but will increase it if the treadmill consistently works as it should. ... show more

I use this when the weather does not permit me to walk outside. It works great, is quiet and I can enjoy watching TV while walking. I've noticed that when I use this my plantar fasciitis does not flare up!
