Easy to store and move around, even if it's not lightweight. The feet massage mode is a nice extra, though I haven't used it much. After a month of no use, it overheated, but customer service was great, they replied fast and solved the issue right away. Overall, I'm happy with the product.

The setup was pretty easy and I really like that you can flip it over for 2 different experiences. I do the foot massage side almost daily now. I haven't had it long enough to tell if its bringing more circulation to my usually cold feet but I'll keep at it and hopefully it helps. The other side goes faster and can be quite a workout. But it's still stable enough to contine to do work and just light enough that it's easy to fold away when I'm done. ... show more

This is a good, affordable option for a small under desk treadmill. It’s not the top of the line, but I bought it several months ago, use it every day, and it’s still going strong. There are two issues that aren’t a huge deal but aren’t great: 1) it occasionally emits a very high pitched sound which is annoying to others in the house if they’re nearby while it’s on (I wear headphones and don’t notice it) 2) as far as I can tell, you cannot turn it on or off without the little remote. There is no main control on the actual machine. So if you have small children or pets, keep that thing high up somewhere because if you lose it, you’re screwed. I have had this walking pad for a few months now and love it! Quality is study and I’ve had no issues operationally. I have a full sized treadmill at home but it’s in the garage and most days I prefer to get some quick steps in in my office while watching tv (which is where the walking pad comes in). I lost the remote and emailed customer support. I wasn’t sure what to expect for service and responsiveness. Cici quickly got back to me and worked with me to send the remote for free! Above and beyond service as I was prepared to have to pay for a remote (and wasn’t sure how long it would take). Within 2 days, I received my remote! Exceptional service.     • Loud Whining Sound

The media could not be loaded. This was easy to set up and quiet…the first minute of use. Soon enough, a constant and loud high-pitched whine started. The video shows the sound appearing when I started the treadmill, but eventually even just turning the treadmill on resulted in the high pitched whine. Reached out to the customer support and after a couple days of back and forth they said this was a defective product and to get a replacement. The store that sells this is actually Woot, an Amazon company. I requested a replacement but was told that is “not possible”. Super polite customer service but ultimately unhelpful. Going to have to return this product and since they won’t send a replacement, I hesitate to just purchase it again because I might have the same issue. Disappointed because if it wasn’t for that loud whine, it would have been perfect for my office. UPDATE Akluer saw my review and sent me a replacement, which was super nice. The problem is that this one also had the loud whine sound coming from the motor. There was a normal motor sound that was perfectly quiet but this other whine sound is like an 1000 mosquitoes flying around while you are trying to walk. Impossible to use in an office setting. You should know that the machine is too heavy for an out of shape women, like me. One real problem I have with this product is that when I'm walking or jogging, my feet hits the front plastic part of the machine. It's not long enough.
