I'm taking one star off for now because it says to contact them if you have an issue and then give NO contact info. We lost the remote and need to order another one and I have no idea how to reach them.

This walking pad is pretty neat, has both standard incline walking surface and a foot massager. I love that you can just flip it over for a post-workout massage, which really helps with tired feet. quiet and easy to move around, making it perfect for smaller spaces. The LED display is easy to read.
