I got this to help rehab my hip. It’s the perfect size and speed for what I need. It’s just to get me moving. It does have a smaller walking surface. I couldn’t do it without the handle bar for balance and assistance in standing straight without limping. I’m 5’5” so the handle bar height is good for me. I appreciate this so much. I have it right in front of the air conditioner. Lol It took me 5 minutes to unbox it and 20 minutes to set it all up. It would probably take you less. It’s super simple. My first use was 2 minutes at .5 speed, then 8 more minutes at 1.0 speed and 0 incline. I probably should’ve only done 5-7 minutes. Lol I highly recommend this if you need to get slowly started on your journey. Baby steps! Just get it done! ... show more

5 stars for top review, realistic 3.5. Perfect for getting steps in, easy cardio you can commit to, and decently light weight on wheels for portability. The incline is a nice feature that isn’t too much. The handle bar comes off. It’s okay but feels cheap and i would have just bought a 69$ one to have without it. Also think it’s necessary to include I’m a seasoned runner. This is not for anything but walking as the speed is way off. The max is probably 4.0 mph. So it’s perfect as a WALKING PAD. I use it to work from home. Not perfect for running. Gives me a good excuse to go outside and train, so probably for the best. ... show more

Really quite, doesn’t disrupt my downstairs neighbors or work from home job. I’m 5’1 285 pounds. Sometimes walking my feet hit the poles. The pad is quite narrow so if you are bigger beware of that.

Far better than I anticipated, given the price. Its speeds seem lower than reported, but that’s a minor issue. It works well. I’ve been on it or 40 or 45 minutes a shot most days for a week and am pleased. Also takes up a fairly small amount of space (I don’t put it away).

It is functional and compact, easy to assemble and relatively quiet to use. The bar and iPad holder too short to use for an iPad unless you are about 4.5 feet tall. The bar is also wobbly even with the pins in it so you can’t use it for balance or support. My biggest concern is the track width. If you are a medium to small sized person it is probably fine, but because I am on the bigger side, I worry that my feet are going to step off of the sides of the track. I can use it, but only if I walk at a slow pace. There is a big, well lit display on the bottom that shows speed, time, distance but unless you walk more than a mile, the distance reads 0. One last observation: when you stop it, it stops abruptly, so be ready! ... show more

I like this. I try to walk 6-7 miles a day. If I can't get outside I use this for minimum one hour. My son assembled it for me. It does not make a lot of noise, does not take up a lot of space. It has varying speeds and inclines.

There is not really incline, so if that’s what’s your looking for this is not for you. Not too big, but big enough to walk in comfort. The speed is adjustable to your body’s needs.
