Shipping was fast, and the packaging was top-notch. They wrapped it up so well and made sure it was fully protected, so it arrived in perfect condition. Now, full disclosure: it is a bit heavy. But honestly, that just makes it feel sturdy and high-quality. Plus, it’s designed to be totally movable since it has a compact frame and a built-in wheel base, so rolling it out of the way isn't a hassle at all. I’m loving how customizable it is, too. You can easily adjust the speed and incline (mechanically), and it has a bunch of built-in programs to mix up your workouts. What’s really cool is how much you can tweak it to fit your body. The desk tray height is adjustable, and you can change the handle height based on how tall you are. You can even adjust the angle of the handles, which adjusts the tilt the screen to get the perfect viewing angle while you exercise. It also comes with that magnetic emergency shut-off clip, which is a nice safety touch. If you need a solid, space-saving treadmill for home, this one is an absolute win! So far. So good. Was skeptical but this treadmill has good reviews so I thought I would give it a try. It is small but seems sturdy enough. Maybe not good for someone over 5'10? But hold 250lbs no problems. Easy to put together, basically just attach the handle bars with a couple of screws. runs smooth and quiet. Lightweight and doesnt take up much space. This walking pad is a lot sturdier than my last one. It's also very quiet, my husband used to be able to hear me walking on my last one while in the basement, he told me recently he barely hears it anymore. I do think the speeds may be slightly slower than stated, but you still can get in a nice brisk walk. I also like the incline, you can definitely feel it when you're walking. I like that you can use it with or without the handle. Very versatile This is my 4th one. I used it at least 5 days a week. I work from home, and use it during my breaks. It helps get me moving with my sedentary job. It doesn't take up a lot of space. I leave it set up against a wall and pull it out when needed. It's great for the price. I was pleasantly surprised by how versatile this treadmill is. It has all the features you'd expect from a compact treadmill, but what really impressed me is how easy it is to store. It's a little on the heavy side, but the built-in wheels make it easy to roll under a couch, bed, or desk with just a little clearance. It also stands upright against a wall, so it takes up very little space when not in use. Another feature I really like is that you can reposition the transport wheels to create an incline for uphill walking. It also has adjustable stability feet that keep it from moving around while you're using it. And yes... it even has "warp speed" like Star Trek! 😄 In all seriousness, it has more than enough speed for both walking and running. Overall, it feels sturdy, stores easily, and is a great choice if you want a treadmill that doesn't take over an entire room. I'd definitely recommend it. ... show more

    • Good, but be careful if your power goes out.

The walking pad works great! It’s not too loud but do wish that the incline feet were adjustable while using it. You can either have it inclined with the feet or no incline. Also, while it says it goes up to 7.6 mph, I don’t believe rang to be accurate. Maybe 7.6 kilometers per hour but definitely not miles per hour. Even when walking at that speed, I want it to be faster at times and also most people would be running at that speed and I’m not. Also, make sure that the power doesn’t go out while you are on it. Our power went out unexpectedly one day while my fiancé was using it and you would think that it would slow down to a stop, but nope it just dead stopped out of nowhere and he almost blew out his ACL. You would think there should be a safety feature on it to slow down instead of going to a dead stop when the power goes out. All in all it’s fine for what we paid for it being in a small apartment, but feel that there are some aspects that could be done better especially with the safety issue if the power goes out. ... show more

This was very easy to set up. Just attach the handle and phone holder. It works exactly as I wanted. It is a tad narrow for the way I walk, but that is more about my gait than the machine.
