Pretty easy to put together, it has two front wheels can be pushed around. I put it on the other side of my standing desk and alternate between sitting for a long time. It start with slow walk speed like 0.5 ish but you can add speed to 5,6 ish to run on it. It does not have an emergency stop button though, the off button doesn’t shut it off immediately neither it’s a slow down to shut type of off. but given that I only plan to walk on it, all I have to do is just step off and no issue.
