Remove all packing material before opening the zippers on shoes. I didn’t and some tissue got jammed within the zipper. I couldn’t slide zipper until I got all tissue paper in zipper removed. The shoes are great. I love the style and fit. I like the heel cushion and arch.

I just received my boots. They look great and look like they are made of suede leather; however, to the touch, they don’t feel like leather. Adding to my skepticism is the fact there isn’t any label inside the boot indicating the material components of the upper, lining, and soles. This is the first pair of footwear I can ever recall owning where this information isn’t clearly stated inside the shoe/boot in some location on a label or stamp. This causes me to be somewhat suspicious. I don’t buy shoes or boots made of synthetic materials. Unlike leather, synthetic uppers trap moisture and don’t allow your foot to breathe. As far as fit, my only concern is the instep is quite tight and actually made my foot tingle from the pressure. The elastic banding on each side of the boots doesn’t seem to stretch much, at least not at this point. ... show more

    • Boot runs large/long
The boot felt like a clown shoe, when I put it on. It's a size 9 and I usually wear 9 or 9 1/2 depending on the shoe, but they look like a 10 or larger. They are an inch too long.
