This is nice for my small short-term rental apartment. I like that it has the digital display with calories burned, distance, speed and time. I really like that it's one of the lightest machines on the market. I move it and store it easily in my apartment. There are only a few downsides. 1. the handle bar is not foldable, once it's up with the screws, it's up. If you want to fold it down you will need to get the Allan wrench and unscrew it. 2. The runway feels a little short. Even while walking not that fast I find myself hitting the back of the belt. I am only 5 "2' so if you're tall you may want to find a longer runway belt. 3. There's less cushion than expected, I guess I am used to my regular treadmill at home with lots of cushion. This walk belt has very little cushion. ... show more

This is so good and useful. My husband is very frail, and I'm afraid of taking him outside. He uses this in front of the window and walks about 5 minutes a few times a day. It's also very quiet and doesn't take up much space.

I really wanted a walking pad to use during the colder seasons. Unfortunately I was quite disappointed in this model. The bar was not very sturdy and was very short, its seemed like if I were to fall it could injure me rather than be a source of support. Additionally the walking pad was just too narrow for me to walk on without having to pay careful attention to every step I took. I do not want to have to worry about injury while walking. It performs great!! Lightweight, portable, digital read-out ...all I have to do is go to my downstairs family room and walk 3-4 miles without driving to a gym. Could have a larger surface on the grab-bar to place items. But a carpenter is making me a detached high table-like desk for this.

    • A lot of design flaws - read before you buy.

I don’t know where to start here. I bought based off previous reviews. What they didn’t talk about were the design flaws. I bought this for my parents. 70s, dad is 6’2”. First off - the handle does NOT fold down - so you simply can’t just slide it under your bed or desk when done. The failure here is they use two bolts instead of a bolt and a detent pin you can pull out. One bolt is the pivot point, one bolt locks it in (otherwise it falls down). My 70 year old parents are not going to want to unbolt this time after time to shove it under the bed. A cheap push pin would have solved the problem here - so poor design. Also at 6’2” Dad was slumping over to grab the handle. It’s simply too short unless you’re like 5’ tall. It literally came up to his lower waist, so even if holding it wasn’t an issue - it’s useless to see an iPad or tablet. Whoever designed this did not think it through thoroughly - and I’m guessing the positive reviews are shorter people with their first treadmill. This one is very flawed. ... show more
