My husband and I are seniors and wanted to be able to walk more often to get fit and more healthy. When we received it and took it out of the box, the only things that needed to be attached were the two screw-on feet underneath each side of the motor, and then the phone holder that screws on to the top of the hand rail (they included all the hardware, tools, bottle of oil, and the instruction pamphlet). All done!!! The size of the running board is perfect. Although we've only had it for a few weeks and used it about 6 times, it works great, and we're super happy with it!!! It's a very nice treadmill for use at home and a very reasonable price as well. The motor end of the machine is heavy, but that's also where the wheels are, which make it very easy to roll. We will be using it more often for sure!!! This is a great size for a home treadmill and perfect for anyone who needs or wants to walk everyday, but sometimes is unable to walk outside, especially when the weather is too cold or too hot. I use this treadmill everyday because it is easily accessible. Set up was easy for this 70-year-old, 100lb. woman. The manual made no mention of the incline feature, so I reached out to customer service. They responded right away and explained the feature to me. Although I have this a 4 star, I truly love this walking pad. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star because due to the fact of it not having a pause feature and the remote wrist band was cheaply made. That being said, It has increased my exercise level by triple. When I’m ready to use I just pull from underneath the bed and ready to use, and super easy to store. Great quality, sturdy walking pad. When I got the walking pad, set it up and turned it on the error code E02 came on the screen. We opened the motor compartment and immediately knew the coil was broken. I emailed wellfit inc and 3 days later still had no response. Thanks for taking my money and sending a defective product and not making it right. Do not recommend buying anything from this company. The media could not be loaded. I had been wanting one of these for some time now and finally decided on this one, I'm glad I did bc I've been using it for awhile now and it does just what I want it to! I lay it out on the floor and watch TV as I walk. It's a great way to get your steps in and doesn't take up much room! There is 1 thing I wish it had and that is a pause button, that way I could get off of it to do something and then start where I left off when I get back on. First thing I have to say is the product works as described, I’m completely happy with it, I’ve been using it and I didn’t notice any mentionable noise….until…I live in the downstairs of my 2 story house. A family member wanted to use my walk pad and took it upstairs, now it becomes noisy to the downstairs! I can hear every step, it’s kind of a low thud sound but I can even hear it everywhere downstairs. Personally, it doesn’t bother me, but it may bother someone living below you in an apartment or some other shared living situation.
