Not great quality. I ordered this walking pad to be sent to work, to use at my standing desk. It was easy to unpack and set up, everything was already assembled. Remote did not come with batteries. I am not real close to the weight limit of 265lb but it still bogged down with each step until I got to about 2 miles per hour and then it felt smoother. At times I would like to walk a little slower than that but it was to awkward with every step feeling as it was slowing the belt down. It was pretty quite when on one was on it but started making loud creaking sounds with each step after a few days of use, that could be head all over the office. Reached out to customer service and was offered a replacement. I declined because I was not real happy with the quality at that point and said I would give it a little time and see if anything got better. On the third week of using the pad the remote control stopped working and there is no way to use the walk pad without the remote. I returned for a refund and purchased another brand that will hopefully be better quality. At this price point I would be okay with getting 12-18 months out of it and replacing it, I am not okay with it only lasting 3 weeks. ... show more

This walking pad does exactly what it claims to do. -Low noise: I could not hear it over a box fan I currently have running. -Easy setup: Basically plug-n-play. They recommend to oil it first, which I did, and 2 AAA batteries for the remote. -Runs up to 3.8 mph for 60 minutes before it automatically shuts down. -Compact and fits under my "entertainment center" (IKEA Hemnes TV stand). Bonus/Optional: -There's an app that you can download to control the device from your phone! Very convenient! -You can engage legs at the front of the walking pad for added incline. A bonus I need as flat treadmills give me shin-splints. I anticipate that I'll need to adjust the belt to keep it centered as I do not have the most stable of gait, but it is very easy to manage. This is not really suited for me to run on it, but I knew that this would be a walking pad. Overall, a great purchase for the reasonable price! ... show more

I really like this walking pad! It does exactly what I need it to do and I use it while I'm working to get some extra steps in. I appreciate the incline option, although usually I walk without it. I have it set up on carpet and so purchased a mat to place under it and it works great. The beeps on the remote are a little loud (would be noticeable if you're in a virtual meeting) so I just adjust it before I start meetings. There also isn't a 'pause' option, so if you're trying to get to a certain distance over the whole day it restarts every time you turn it off. None of these are issues for me, but just sharing in case they matter to you! Overall it works great, not too heavy to move around, and it's helped me out a lot. ... show more
