I love the size of this walking pad! It is perfect for my small office. It's definitely lightweight. Overall the motor for me is very quiet, not saying that you can't hear it. You can but it's not loud at all. I'm able to be on a phone call for work and still walking on my walking pad. I am so glad that I got this. If you have been thinking about getting one and haven't gotten one, I highly recommend it. Not only has it boosted my physical activity but it's also boosted my mental health. It's very sturdy. I actually use it on carpet and have no issue with it. It's super easy to assemble. I love that there's a remote that you're able to adjust the speed.

Not great quality. I ordered this walking pad to be sent to work, to use at my standing desk. It was easy to unpack and set up, everything was already assembled. Remote did not come with batteries. I am not real close to the weight limit of 265lb but it still bogged down with each step until I got to about 2 miles per hour and then it felt smoother. At times I would like to walk a little slower than that but it was to awkward with every step feeling as it was slowing the belt down. It was pretty quite when on one was on it but started making loud creaking sounds with each step after a few days of use, that could be head all over the office. Reached out to customer service and was offered a replacement. I declined because I was not real happy with the quality at that point and said I would give it a little time and see if anything got better. On the third week of using the pad the remote control stopped working and there is no way to use the walk pad without the remote. I returned for a refund and purchased another brand that will hopefully be better quality. At this price point I would be okay with getting 12-18 months out of it and replacing it, I am not okay with it only lasting 3 weeks.

Size? Fantastic for under a desk. Functionality? Perfect, exactly what I need. But (because there's always a but)... the beeping sound the machine makes when you turn it on, adjust speed, or anything else is so, so loud. Disruptively loud, actually. I cringe using it when coworkers around me are in meetings out of fear they will hear it. There should be a mute option for the beeps.

Just for reference, I am 5’5 and I think that the length is perfect. This product is pretty lightweight. I love the look of it. It is easy to move around or store. It is a little pricy for its worth. I really like the remote. I enjoyed the display options and that it can rotate through the different options during its use. On the lower settings, it is very quiet, but as it increases in speed, understandably, the noise level becomes a little more. It seems very sturdy for walking. I have compared noise level from other brands and this one is the most quiet. And when the app works, you can start or stop from your phone, which is pretty cool . It goes up to 3.8mph. I was excited for an incline, however, In my opinion, when you manually change the incline, it does not hold and moves easily even when you ware walking on it. I’m not sure if there is a way to tighten it once you find your desired incline?. I also was very excited for the Bluetooth connectivity. However, when I downloaded the app It has a hard time staying connected. The moment that I leave my Bluetooth settings, it disconnects. I have tried all of the Bluetooth troubleshooting suggestions that were listed on the app. I also tried to register and account with the app so it would save my details, It will not accept my mobile number And it only allowed for me to enter my email one time To send a verification code. However, when I tried to enter the verification code, it told me that there was an error. And when I tried again, it tells me that my email is invalid. I’ve tried for days and cannot solve it. Neither option worked for me to sync my details. I also am not a fan that it only starts and stops and there is no option to pause. I think it does its job for walking and a small jog without a incline, but I wish some more features that I thought I was getting worked.

This walking pad does exactly what it claims to do. -Low noise: I could not hear it over a box fan I currently have running. -Easy setup: Basically plug-n-play. They recommend to oil it first, which I did, and 2 AAA batteries for the remote. -Runs up to 3.8 mph for 60 minutes before it automatically shuts down. -Compact and fits under my "entertainment center" (IKEA Hemnes TV stand). Bonus/Optional: -There's an app that you can download to control the device from your phone! Very convenient! -You can engage legs at the front of the walking pad for added incline. A bonus I need as flat treadmills give me shin-splints. I anticipate that I'll need to adjust the belt to keep it centered as I do not have the most stable of gait, but it is very easy to manage. This is not really suited for me to run on it, but I knew that this would be a walking pad. Overall, a great purchase for the reasonable price!
