This has been a huge improvement for me. I WFH so I don't have to worry about any noise bothering anyone. It's pretty quiet and doesn't bother me. I have a sit/stand desk so I programmed in a setting for using this. I hit that button, slide this into position and start walking. I've been able to add speed as I got used to it. My headset filters out the motor so nobody notices on calls. I'll walk for an hour or so, then switch back to the chair. Repeat a few times/day and you're blowing past your step goals. If you're doing anything that requires concentration or super-accurate mouse movement, use the chair. But if you're on a webinar or something like that, set this up and go. I keep locking my computer to take a break and expecting the treadmill to stop. It does not. The only control is the remote, so don't lose that. ... show more

You won't be running on this device as it only goes up to 4mph (brisk/fast walking). However, this is perfect for simulated rucking or just getting in your daily steps. It’s the perfect size for an average stride, has an incline, & is cost effective. When you first get it, it has a slight average treadmill sound to it but according to the manual it decreases after about a week. Good for at home usage! Nice to get your legs moving, and if you want some extra force against those leg muscles, you can incline. Because it’s meant for leisurely walking but inside the home, one should not expect this is meant for running… if anything light jogging or power walking. But because of its compact size in comparison to most treadmills, its intent for me is more to get yourself moving and out of that chair. Works well for me! ... show more

I absolutely love my new walking pad!! I don't have a lot of space...so it is perfect!! I just throw a towel over the top of it so I can lean it against the wall. The first couple times I left the cord end down... but after looking at it closer...I don't think that is very good for the cord long-term. I think where the cord is connected would get damaged pretty quickly that way. So I just flip it the other way now. It will fit under a table or bed if you have a space for it. The only other comment I have...is walk more towards the front. The second time I was on it I thought I would try a little longer stride... and I got sucked right off the back. There is plenty of room for this not to happen...I have used it a lot and it hasn't happened again. ... show more

This was just delivered and I'm returning it right away. The box was beat up and both the remote and treadmill looked like they were used or have been around forever. I was so looking forward to using this so I'm very disappointed
