The media could not be loaded. Happy with the pad. It counts you down before starting (see video clip). The speed is high enough to take you into a jog. Im 5.4, it fits my walking stride. I don't feel like I'm going to stand on the screen. Sometimes I can feel the back roller in my walk stride & just have to re-center myself. It was weird in the beginning, felt like I needed a longer pad. Since its not an all the time thing, its not an issue if I keep up with chosen speed. I use interval training & it works just great.....for my height. A much taller person with wider walking strides may find it a little short. Might do well with just jogging ..you'd just have to test it out. My husband is only slightly taller- your own judgment would be accurate. Quality is sturdy. The runner pad seems durable & well made. I havent used the incline shoes in a session yet as raised the entire pad up off the carpet. I did put them on to test, its a small incline, sure will make a difference after a few minutes on the pad. I like that the remote has a pause function for when you're done. It will gradually slow down to a stop & you can climb off. The machine however does not switch on from the remote. The on/off button is on the front of the machine. Start/stop is the on/off button on the remote to activate the rollers. I have not tried the memory function yet.. The remote holder/ cellphone holder is perfect for my Samsung A33 & S25. It counts steps, calories, speed & time using the machine. For my budget, I am happy. Doesn't take up much space. Light enough to move around. The power cord isn't very long. Prepare for an extension cord if can't be near an outlet. I recieved an email from the seller sharing an installation video (tnx!!!). Set up took about 5 minutes. No big deal. Update: the memory function i mentioned is a mode function, which does not work on my machine. Dropping my rating for that reason.

This is a great little treadmill for walking. I won't advise this product for a tall person or someone with a long stride. The pad itself is not very long. However, for the cost and being able to exercise and tuck it under the bed after your workout is a great feature. The controls are simple and easy to use. Do not try to go on the treadmill while it's in motion, you risk falling. Overall, this a an affordable, compact, and has enough features to get a proper workout.

Contrary to the product description and installation video, my treadmill did not come with a control panel and safety key for the top of the handle bar. It had a mostly flat panel part (already attached) that served as a holder for the remote control. There was also a small phone holder that you can attach to this panel. So the only controls were on the remote. On the plus side, it came with the incline feet already attached, so assembly was very easy. I also love the compact size and having a handlebar for support. And, of course, great price. However, I ran into several issues before I got the treadmill to work properly. Some of these issues may be obvious to other people, but I need everything spelled out (which the user's manual does not). As a result, it took me about an hour before I got the treadmill up and running okay. There is a power button on the front of the treadmill base that you need to turn on before anything works. Seems obvious, but it was not even mentioned in the manual. You have to add 2 AAA batteries to the remote before it will work. Again, obvious, but not mentioned in the manual. Using an extension cord (even if the treadmill is the only thing plugged in) caused the treadmill to shut down immediately - not only the treadmill but also the circuit to which the outlet is attached. I reset the circuit and tried to start the treadmill repeatedly before I finally tried removing the extension cord and plugging the treadmill into a wall outlet directly. Unexpected problem, which I managed to figure out. I finally got the conveyor belt moving, but the treadmill then made a loud, unpleasant noise as it was moving. Here the manual came in handy because I had to tighten and adjust the conveyor belt position. However, the manual was unclear. It mentioned removing the covers before adjustment, but I saw no "covers" to be removed. I even thought maybe it was referring to the entire screwed in parts at the rear of the base. Fortunately, I didn't attempt to remove those parts. Also, the L-shaped wrench that is provided doesn't fit easily into the holes, but once I got it in, it turned the screws fine. I mostly used trial and error to get the right combination of tightening and loosening the two screws at the rear of the base to get the conveyor belt centered. I also added some oil under the belt. Then, after running the belt for a few minutes, the loud, discordant noise went away. As I said, maybe others would not have the same problems that I had. Now it runs fine without loud noises. One last thing, it is a little shorter than regular size treadmills, but I'm average height and weight and it wasn't an issue for me. I only got this treadmill this week, so I now have to see how it does after repeated use.

I absolutely love this walking pad. It is lightweight and easy to move around because it has wheels. The incline option helps me burn more calories and it is easy to do. I like that when I press on the remote, I don’t have to constantly click it to adjust the speed I can just keep my finger on it. It runs smoothly and fully assembled it set for the phone holder. The one thing that I would change is the attachment for the phone holder sometimes it does fall when I am running rather than walking on the pad other than that the machine is perfect for what I need
