Boxed delivery was slightly damaged, which left a slight indent and a scratch on the side of the treadmill, but not so much that I would send it back. If you are very particular, inspect the delivery box thoroughly before signing the delivery driver's notepad. The treadmill is heavy, which is good. The wheels make it easy to maneuver. If you plan to take it upstairs, you will def need help. If you are of advanced age, like 60+, or if you have balance problems, skip this model and get one with a handle bar. The belt is only 16 inches wide. For max comfort, go for at least 20 inches. I happened to turn my head to take a glance out a window, and my foot went up on the side. I have a narrow gait, so for MY foot to go off the belt, that tells you that you should get something wider! You don't want to have to feel like you have to stare down at your feet the whole time! The treadmill makes a whooshing noise ad you walk. Each step, whoosh! Maybe with headphones or a TV show, it won't seem as noticeable, but if you have noise sensitivity (like I do), be prepared! The plug-in cord has a nice length. I am glad that I didn't need an extension! The digital screen that sits at your feet has large numbers and lights up brightly. The media could not be loaded. Impressed!! To start everything off, this arrived a day earlier than promised, and I was so stoked! It was ready to use right out of the box. I literally didnt have to do anything but un-box it and plug it in. I have a small living-room. But this doesn't take up much space. It isn't big and bulky like your traditional treadmill. It isn't too heavy either. So I can easily get it out, use it while watching TV or making some phone calls, then when I'm done, just lift it up and hide it in a corner. It's sleek black design is perfect. It's so easy and simple to use. The remote is an awesome feature and it even has a magnetic spot on the side to hold it when not in use, so it doesn't get lost. It has a loop so you can wear it om your wrist while walking, so you don't drop it. The auto incline is great. It's perfect low impact speed for me to be able to get a workout in any weather, any day. I'm so excited for this and can't wait to use it every day to help get my butt in gear! 🙂 ... show more

Used a handful of times since I just purchased and I already love this product!! I love The incline. I’m 5’8 and have a long stride and my Previous walking pad had a shorter belt length and this one is def longer and easier for me to walk.

Super fast shipping. A bit heavy and the belt is a bit narrow so it does require you to pay attention. Be mindful that entering into fixed speed mode is a bit tricky so watching their youtube channel is quite helpful. Customer service was great about answering questions and helping. Had high hopes but it is a let down. This is an ok treadmill but the belt will not stay aligned no matter how many times we follow the instructions to fix it. The machine is heavy when you move it giving the illusion it is like the higher priced versions but feels cheap when walking on the belt. Not going through the hassle of returning but be aware that this is not the best and may be worth spending a little extra money for something better. ... show more

    • UPDATE: Excellent customer service & my comparison between 12% and 15% incline.

Customer service was very quick to reply to my concerns. One of the concerns I had was that I received a manual that said the incline was 9% not 12%. I contacted customer service, and they said it was a typo on the manual. The company noticed the mistake and made a second batch of the manuals. However, the ones already at Amazon warehouse (before they realized this mistake) have the typo. It is indeed 12% incline with 5 incline options. The first incline is much higher and the next 4 are shorter bursts of incline for a total of 12%. The 9% incline only has 3 levels. I received a walking pad that had 5 incline options regardless of what the manual says because again it was a typo. Before this 12% incline one, I purchased a 15% incline walking pad from a different company that is exactly like the 15% one by Felfast. Although the 15% incline was excellent, and you can actually run up to 7.6mph, it was much bigger, heavier, and took up more space due to the foldable handlebar. That’s why I ended up purchasing the 12% incline one by Felfast. If incline is most important, and you have the space, I’d say go for the 15%. If you want to take up the most minimal amount of space with the highest incline, I’d say go for the 12%. I also like the fact the 12% is much lighter than the 15%. I can move the walking pad with ease. I did receive a damaged treadmill due to shipping issues, but it was quickly addressed. Hope my review helps! ... show more
