I was very pleased with the packing and the quality of the item. The instructions are very straightforward. There's even an app you can download if you want to do tracking of your exercise. It only took a few minutes to get it set up. I had to make a couple of minor adjustments which were very well covered in the manual that came with the unit. It does take a little getting used to walking on a treadmill like this. I had never used one before and there's a bit of a learning curve. I'd highly suggest if you've never used one before to place it somewhere where you can grab onto something for a little extra balance or support. I was never in any danger of actually falling, but having something to hold on to for a while was reassuring. As illustrated in the listing it was designed for people to be at a standing desk while they were doing it. And that would be perfect. But it worked out fine with me having something to grab for a little more steadiness as I learned to use the device. There's lots of great features. Still exploring a bunch of them. It handled my weight fine which was within their guidelines. I think it's a good price for a good product. I'm glad I bought it. I'd recommend it to others. I was hesitant to get a one because I was worried it would be flimsy or shift often but this was not the case! This one is put together well, is easy to move, and very sturdy! My husband and I love it to help get those steps in! The belt moves smoothly and hasn’t shifted at all, but we we know we need to keep up on maintenance. We felt it was a good value for the cost and I would suggest it again. It is not loud, but you do need to turn up the tv a bit! There is an app, but it works without the app quite easily. However, the app is easy to use and understand. The only warning I would give is it is a bit shorter than I expected so if you take long strides, you should be aware of this ... show more

I brought this walking pad because I wanted to work on my health. I wanted to do 10,000 steps a day. And it’s too hot outside to walk. So, once I got this I started walking 4-5 times a week! It’s easy to put away. It’s also easy to set up. Literally 5 steps. I love it. I can put it away in the closet as soon as I am done. Unlike big treadmills that take up space. This walking pad goes up to 3.8 mph. The fastest I have gone is 3.0. It doesn’t come with anything to hold onto but that’s cool. And it comes with a remote. The cord isn’t the longest so get close to a wall plug. It has motivated me to walk more. I got it In March and I have lost 9 pounds . It is June now. I recommend you get it if you are trying to get your steps in while watching tv. I am happy with my purchase. My only issue is when I turn it on it takes awhile to get started and jerks a little! But, it has changed my life and helped me in the last 2-3 months! 10/10🙃 ... show more

A nice little treadmill. Pretty quiet, sturdy and convenient. It comes ready to use out of the box except the feet adjusting and the oiling. Minus a star for ditsy instructions which is so typical these days. The hesitation on oiling under the tread just wasn't clear, but I did and it's been fine. Get rid of that bulky big treadmill you are hanging things on and get this one.. easy walking flat or incline, fast or slow. No excuses, and you certainly can't argue with the price. Get one for a gift, or before the holidays so you can start walking off those cookies. ... show more

Very quick delivery, easy to set up, sturdy. Heavy but manageable to move around as needed. Returned with no problem. Only reason for return was my stride is too long for the machine and I was concerned with falling without a handle to hold. Maybe it is something you would get used to, not sure. This works great in my bedroom. Its a small space so purchasing a regular size treadmill was out of the questions. This one fits perfectly in the small area I have available. Once everything as per the instructions I hopped right on and it was smooth sailing. Remote control is great so you can lower or speed up. Love that it counts how far you walk and calories burned. It also has a option for incline which is great. I live in the great state of Arizona and its so hot out I can't go walking so this is perfect for me. The media could not be loaded. It is very great for the price and goes pretty fast where you can run and not jog. It is a bit noisy but im pretty sure all treadmills are noisy. It is very sturdy and safe but make sure to slow it down before hopping off. The size is great and you can store it under your bed or in the closet standing up. It is also very easy to use no instructions needed maybe only for how the timer works as there is no adjusting on the remote. ... show more
