The media could not be loaded. If you don’t have the space (or budget) for a full-size treadmill, then this walk pad is a nice alternative. It comes ready to use right out of the box…no assembly required. Everything you need is included: Walk pad, remote, lubricating oil, adjustment tool, and manual. The instructions are clear, operating the walk pad with the remote is very intuitive, and the digital readout is easy to see. It’s not super quiet when in use, but it’s not overly noisy, either. My only complaint is that the wheels are so small that, due to of the weight of the walk pad, they won’t roll at all on our medium-pile carpet. That makes things difficult because I have to store it in a carpeted room, and it’s rather heavy for me to lift. FYI: I’m up there in years, and my balance isn’t what it used to be. Since this walk pad doesn’t include a support rail, I use it in one of our bathrooms in front of the sink. That way, the counter is right there if I feel I need to hold onto something for stability. ... show more
