This is a small treadmill that fits well in my bedroom. Best thing was not having to put it together. Pull out of the box and begin your journey to getting your steps in. I didn’t order one with handles because I have my mom’s walker that fits perfectly over the treadmill. It’s quiet. Having a remote is great. Having a place to keep remote is great. Save yourself the headache and do not buy this product. I understand the 4-5 star reviews because the product was working great for a time….until it wasn’t. I bought this in January and it’s October so it hasn’t even been a year and it is acting up. It keeps giving me “Error message E09” and “Error message E10” and then the machine will turn off. This happened on occasion at first but now it is every 2-3 minutes so it is impossible to get a workout in. This is possibly something that could be fixed but that is where it all falls apart, with customer service from the seller. I actually purchased a warranty through Amazon’s Asurion for this device. I originally reached out to the seller for help, they told me to file a claim through Asurion. I filed that claim, and Asurion got back to me instantly saying this was still under warranty through the manufacturer and to contact the seller. So now both parties have told me to contact each other. I reach back out to the seller and they told me there’s nothing they can do and I need to contact the seller- but they ARE the seller. It is under “buyer/seller” messages on the Amazon app and underneath our conversation it says “report this seller” so it clearly is them. I reported them and I am leaving this review in hopes someone else doesn’t have to go through this endless hell loop I did. Frustrating to pay money for a warranty too and they are no help either. This walking pad was better than I expected it to be!? The price was so affordable,. It’s light and easy to move but doesn’t feel cheap at all. It’s also…..super quiet. (I was shocked at how quiet it is) you can have a baby sleeping in the same room, no problem at all. Way more fun to watch TV walking, then sitting on the couch eating!! This is a game changer for me. I live in Las Vegas, and in summer we need to exercise inside. Even my dog (GSD) is using it. He’s not a puppy, and a large breed. He fits nicely on the walking pad. Even the speed is good. You can even run if you want. It feels good. Not cheap. Quality Value are amazing. It has a remote and it works perfectly and easily. The remote even has a spot on the machine to keep it safe, so you don’t loose it. It also has a power on switch right in the front. Easy! Highly recommend. I got 2! One for upstairs and one for downstairs in my daughters room. (She’s 15) We are very happy with them!! Surprised at how much I love it.
