I had been searching for a tall ladder that would easily fold to fit in a smaller space. This ladder is so cool! I love the way you unlock each step to pull the ladder up. I love the ability to use it multiple ways and either side. It does come with a strap on both sides of the ladder to ensure it stays folded when it’s ready to store away. I do wish it wasn’t so heavy and each step was a little wider. Otherwise, I think this ladder has changed the game!

The media could not be loaded. This is definitely the sketchiest feeling ladder I’ve ever used when it’s fully extended, but it carried my 200lb husband all the way up and even as shaky as it looked it worked fine. Really like how easily you can store it and that you can use it as an A frame or an extension ladder. It’s a little difficult to let up and down.

I found this ladder to be particularly sturdy in A frame, and reasonably sturdy in extension. The portability we were looking for. I'm not sure why others doubt it's sturdiness. The only thing I'd change is the collapse. Other telescoping ladders have a slow (air pressure) closing; this is gravity's full force = mass x acceleration. Be prepared or get injured.

Used it to install lights, cameras, repair roofs, and lots of outside work. I don’t use it indoors as it’s harder to maneuver in small spaces and is pretty heavy. Would def buy again, with caveat that’s it’s big, heavy, and awkward to carry. But better to have something I can keep in the garage than all the other ones that have been stolen over the years. I love the folding function and paint tray!

Much too heavy, clumsy and awkward to handle safely. The operational design is non-sensical.. needs 2 people and shouldn't be set up alone. Wish I could return it but the return window was closed by the time i had a need to use it.

Ladder is not safe enough for vertical use. Can only use it as a a-frame ladder which is not its only use. Someone can get seriously injured using it
