The media could not be loaded. Update: After my review was posted, the company reached out and made it right. Based on my experience I’d say disregard the support number listed in the manual and email them since the customer service on that side is responsive and professional. Original review: Short summary: unless you are looking for a very large and expensive paperweight, do not buy this item. The first treadmill I received was defective and unusable straight out of the box with running belt all the way over to one side past the edge of the base. Got a replacement. It worked fine just long enough to be out of the return window and then one day it started rattling and shaking with running belt constantly jerking, making the pad completely unusable. That’s when the support experience started - first of all if you expect to speak to a technician, you can forget about it, they will not answer calls (in fact I don’t think “they” is the right word, feels like it’s some guy sitting in the dark basement answering the texts). After initially sending me a video on lubricating the belt (of course I already did that before contacting support), communication got very spotty, basically there was no response without prodding and it all amounted to a complete runaround, then they simply stopped responding. Essentially you are sold a subpar item and despite the claims in the product description there will be absolutely no warranty offered once it stops working less than two months later. My advice - stay away from any items from this brand if you don’t feel like wasting your time and money. ... show more

Bought this in the hopes of starting to workout in the mornings before work. I use it in my living room when I wake up for work and it’s perfect for me. I don’t wanna run as I’m getting back into workout out and it’s small for easy storage. The machine is pretty quiet and the remote control is really simple to use. The treadmill stopped working shortly after it was past time to be able to send it back. Tech support is zero help and now I'm stuck with a treadmill that no longer works. The interesting things is that when it was working; I really enjoyed working out on it when I couldn't make it to the gym.

We have a NordicTrack treadmill that we bought for $2,000 only 3 years ago that stopped working, and just to get it fixed has cost us upwards of $500+ and we still don't have a solution. Long story short, we wanted to at least get some exercise in while waiting without coughing up the $350 they want for a new control board so we found this for less than half the price. I somewhat expected a cheap flimsy walking pad but it is actually pretty dang heavy and definitely feels sturdy enough for even my fiance who is a 200lb male. It obviously does not have the same features as the Nordic but this is a great no-frills substitution in the interim, and it's portable enough to slide in place of my desk chair if I wanted to. ... show more

Walking Pad works right out of the box. Seems to be an excellent quality. Time and walking distance is spot on with my Apple Watch. Quieter than a normal treadmill. The length is something to get used to but other than that we love this product.
