First-unboxing was a breeze. It is heavy, so be prepared with a partner or helper. But what a treat to discover it was all put together when I unloaded it. One thing that I don't remember seeing in the description was that there are small, recessed wheels on the front so you can roll it out of the way. That needs to be emphasized, I think, because I wasn't sure I would keep it. The weight is a plus in general, especially with the wheels, because when using the treadmill you have a very solid feel. I don't use the upright panel because I am using this with a adjustable standing desk. But I tried it out before I put it in place to use with my desk and it has a good solid feel as well as having an attachment for your cell phone to let you view video, listen to music or whatever else you might want to do. It is very well made and I anticipate to put a lot of miles on it because I spend most of my day in front of a computer and I need a treadmill I can count on. I have not had to contact customer service for anything, so I can't comment on that, but I will update this review in the unlikely chance I need assistance. I have a full size treadmill for other workouts, so I had to adjust my mind for the smaller width and length. But that was no issue and I knew it would be different. so I adjusted very easily.. The speed is fine-I don't expect to do any kind of really aerobic workout while I'm working so speed is not a concern, but I have played with the speed a little just to test it and it's easily adjustable. Since I don't use the upright arm for balance, foldability is a moot point. Again, if i was using this independent of my desk, it is very simple to raise that upright and when finished it has pins to hold it in place closed up. This is a great small treadmill at a very affordable pricepoint and I highly recommend it. Note: I am currently rearranging my office so the treadmill is just tipped up alongside my desk. Eventually, I will be able to just roll it out from under the desk and stand it up on end against a table that is behind me

Great purchase with a GREAT price! Wanted something that was sturdy, not wobbly, able to hold weight, compact, and could be tucked away when I'm not using it...and this is perfect. Set up was so easy and literally took just a couple minutes to do. I'm 5'4" and the walking pad is comfortable for my stride. I probably wouldn't recommend it for anyone too much taller than me. The noise level is quiet enough for me to watch TV while walking. The only reason, okay two reasons, I gave it a 4 start rating instead of a solid 5 was because ... The power cord is only 3-4' long and located on the front of the treadmill. I would have preferred that it be located in back of the unit to allow more flexibility in where the unit is placed. Where it is now, I have to use an extension cord to go behind the unit to plug in. The other reason is in order to put the handle bar up and down, you need to unscrew/re-screw two bolts. For ease, I would have rather of had a push button or lever to do the job. With that being said, this is still a great unit, with a great price!

This walking pad is a game changer. It was easy to set up, sturdy, runs smoothly with each adjusted speed setting, fits perfectly in small spaces, easy to move around, can be hidden from view, equipped with cell phone holder, remote control, and is affordable. Another plus, is that it arrived earlier than expected, which is an added bonus. I am so happy to have purchased this walking pad so that I can walk inside when I can’t go outside, being that I am a senior. I am very satisfied with this waking pad and I absolutely recommend it for purchase.
