I remember when I used to walk for exercise. Not on a machine but on the floor or ground outside. I lost 50 pounds doing that. I read my workout data from a pedometer and recorded it in a spreadsheet. I had to stop when the aging process took away my sense of balance. I tried to keep on but a fall convinced me to stop. As I gained weight I started looking for an alternative. A friend told me that his wife had bought a treadmill that didn't take up half a room. I searched on Amazon for "compact treadmill" and this product I am reviewing came up. I bought one. When the box arrived two things were clear. One was it was compact. The other was it was very well constructed. Getting it into the house was not easy but I did it. Assembly was so easy that getting it out of the shipping carton had been more difficult. There were only 4 screws to be put in the 4 correct locations. I tried a brief trial walk and it felt good. The mill is quiet enough that I could listen to classical music while working out. At the end I began to wonder how to get the data out, distance, and calories burned. Time and speed I had set so I knew them. The Amazon description says that, to paraphrase, workout data are available for 10 minutes after the end. The manual said the same thing. Now I have to get specific. On page 8 of the manual we are informed the giving the play button a short press starts the motor and pressing it again stops it. A short press of the same button when the mill is (in start mode) causes the data to be displayed for 10 minutes. I could not find any combination of number of button presses and there timing that would display the data. It all hinges on those three words (in start mode). But why should I lose sleep over it. I used to get that data from a pedometer and I can again. Now, let's see, what did I do with it after I fell. After a day and a half of searching I ordered a new one from guess where. After I received the email confirming shipping my wife found it. Isn't that always the way. Well, at least I know how to work the old one. So, would I recommend this treadmill? YES! It is compact, it is very well built, it is quiet, and the holder for the remote control that is mounted on the hang on to bar has room for a kitchen timer, a pedometer, and the remote. Buy it, you'll like it. Oh! And don't forget to order a pedometer at the same time.

I’ve had it for 3 months now so I feel like I can write a great review. Long story short- get it. It is completely worth the money. I use it every day and it is amazing. It takes getting use to because the board is obviously shorter than a regular treadmill but it’s not hard. The speed is perfect for if you want something light or if you want more of a speed walk/little jog. It’s very sleek and doesn’t stick out like a sore thumb. Very stable and honestly just perfect for wanting to get steps in.

Perfect for light workouts! Easily stores under bed and is easy to move as there are rollers at the front. Things to keep in mind: the tread mill is not very long so you will have to adjust your stride especially if you are running or jogging. For reference I'm 5' 3" and typically have a longer stride. This may not work for taller people. Also the handle is in an awkward position and does not collapse, so I don't use it. The remote control is small and light weight and is comfortable to hold while using the machine. Overall I am happy with the item and would recommend if you are looking for a low impact workout and don't have a designated space for a full size treadmill!

Assembly was quick and easy. Seems very durable and a quality product. A few things to consider: the “phone/ipad” holder is misleading. My phone fell while I was walking, an iPad may fit better however there’s a remote that you need to start the machine and unless you want to hold it the entire time you’ll need that little holder to put it on leaving no room for an iPad either. The handle bar does not fold, you have to remove 2 screws to fold it. The time/miles walked erases after a short pause so if you want to pause to do something you’ll have to keep track of that yourself. The walking pad is a little short. I’m 5’2” so if it’s short for me it’s likely short for you. For walking it’s not a problem but anything faster than a brisk walk my toes are hitting the back roller.

I purchased this treadmill on June 8th through Amazon, and overall, I’d give it 4 out of 5 stars. Setup was fairly easy, and after using it for a while, it has become part of my daily morning routine. That said, there are definitely a few things about this treadmill that I think could be improved. The Phone Stand Is My Biggest Complaint The phone holder built into the top of the handlebar is, in my opinion, one of the weakest parts of the design. It doesn’t really secure your phone well while the treadmill is moving. I usually walk between 2.5 and 3.5 mph, and at those speeds the handlebar moves enough that my phone isn't completely stable. I've actually had my phone fall off the stand while using the treadmill. I use a Galaxy Z Fold, which is a larger and heavier phone, but even so, I don't think the phone holder is particularly useful while the treadmill is in motion. Honestly, I think the manufacturer should either redesign the phone holder to keep the phone securely in place or remove it altogether. Belt Alignment Issue My second major issue came after I had been using the treadmill for a while. The belt eventually started leaning toward the left. Since I was already outside Amazon's 30-day return window, I initially tried to fix it myself by following YouTube videos on how to realign a treadmill belt. That didn't go particularly well, so I contacted Amazon customer service. Unfortunately, my experience with Amazon's customer service was not good. The representative wasn't very helpful, which was frustrating. I eventually found the seller's after-sales contact information myself and reached out directly. The seller's after-sales team was much better. They responded quickly and sent me instructions along with a helpful video explaining how to realign the belt. I tried following the instructions myself, but I was still having trouble getting the belt properly aligned. Thankfully, I had a family member who was able to help me get the issue resolved. So while the initial problem was frustrating, I do want to give credit where it's due: the seller's after-sales team was responsive and made an effort to help. How It Performs Since getting the belt issue resolved, the treadmill has been running pretty well. I use it regularly as part of my morning routine, and for normal walking, I have no major complaints. I generally stay between 2.5 and 3.5 mph. I personally don't use it at the maximum speed because once I start going much faster, I find that the treadmill's movement makes me feel less balanced. So I prefer to stay within a speed range that feels comfortable and stable for me. Maintenance Maintenance has been pretty straightforward. I make sure to lubricate the belt regularly, and so far that hasn't been difficult to do. Final Thoughts Overall, I actually like the treadmill. It's easy to set up, relatively simple to maintain, and it has become a useful part of my daily routine. However, the phone holder definitely needs to be redesigned, and the belt alignment issue was frustrating—especially having to troubleshoot it after the return window had passed. The good news is that the seller's after-sales support was responsive and genuinely tried to help. Overall rating: 4/5 stars. It's not a perfect treadmill, but for my everyday walking routine, it gets the job done. With some improvements to the phone holder and belt design, I think this could be a much better product.
