Stand up bar provides a nice spot to hold the controller that allows to turn on/off, pause and increase the speed without reaching down. This was a great item to get! I bought it since i wanted to start being more active due to the fact i work remotely, and im just sitting and staring at a screen. I bought this cause it was a great price and had good reviews. Man, this thing was absolutely amazing. It arrived and when i opened it, it was really organized, the packaging was really good too, alot of foam to protect it. It came with lube, screws, some allen key to tighten up the bar that comes with it. It was easy to setup, just plug it in, screw in the bar and turn it on with the remote control. theres a couple buttons and the performance is amazing, it goes up to 4 mph which was fast enough. overall i rate this a 5/5, i would share this with my friends or anyone who needs to be just a little more active in their life. ... show more

So far, I absolutely love this treadmill. It is small and compact. So I can put it right under my bed when I am done using it. It doesn’t take up too much space in my room when in use. It is very easy to use and understand. It is a tad bit heavy, so make sure you’re prepared for that, but it does have wheels on the one side that make rolling it around quite easy. It took a second to figure out the remote, but once I got it down, it was easy and even my kids can use it on their own in the first hour. The unit seems to be very stable and hold over 200 pounds, which is great. Controls are easy to find. There is only the one switch on the backside of the unit. And also seems to be very stable. It is also pretty quiet and won’t interrupt working or watching TV or being on the phone. I can even use it at night while my kids are sleeping The reason I gave it four stars is one because in order to put the handlebar up and down, you have to unscrew the bolts having a button or lever, would be a lot more convenient. The second reason I gave it a four-star rating is because the handlebar height is very misleading in the photos. I am 5 foot four. And the handlebar sits at hip to waste level. So in order to look at my phone, I have to look down. Which is not very comfortable on my neck. So I can’t imagine how that would be for anybody taller. I wish that bar was adjustable so that you could raise it to the height needed per person. But other than that, I feel like this is a great buy. And it’s such a wonderful price. ... show more

This walking treadmill is excellent. It has digital display on walking pad with remote to control speed, stop, pause and start. Product is not cheap and very solid and not too big and small. Perfect size stores under bed and closet. Keep it up guys.
