  • BEST TREADMILL EVER!
Size: 24" Screen Color: Black
OH, I absolutely love this treadmill. It has so many features and works so nicely. I had one before and it was noisy and did not have as many options for incline or for changing speed as this one does. Also the screen is easy to read and easy to use!! I love this machine. It has a wide belt so I don't feel like I am about to fall off or over! It has great handles so I can grab on if I am stretching. It has a nice base to pick up if I need to, and in my garage I often have to blow out the leaves so it makes it easy to clean around it! I love the fan, nice to have a cool breeze on the evenings when it is sweaty hot in my garage and I am running. Or, when I pick up the pace and need to feel cool doing it. It is slow sometimes at changing but always responds and never sticks. Love this machine. Did I say that already? Oh, great value for the money. The quality of this treadmill is superb! I feel like it can handle a lot of use, and it has! Does everything it is supposed to and it is easy to use and the display is easy to see, especially when I change to the IFit trainers the screen is wide and clear. ... show more

  • Issues from day 1
Size: 16" Screen Color: Black
I was really excited to purchase this treadmill after being an iFIT user for so many years and wanting a treadmill that was compatible rather than having to continue using my iPad. Unfortunately, the treadmill did not work correctly when I received it. I was able to log into my account but was unable to adjust the speed except in full increments as the manual buttons caused every program to stop. This meant I could either take it easy or push myself hard, but slow progression was not an option. We were on with the Nordic track customer service department for almost 2 hours to problem solve and finally get approved for repair. I do appreciate that they sent the part with no charge and contracted a repair person to fix it. Apparently this is a known issue with this treadmill, which makes it even more frustrating. Now that it’s fixed it works well and is a great treadmill overall. Probably not worth the price though. Update: a month later and there is another issue requiring a technician to come back. Now the speakers have stopped working. Looks like the connections are loose so they are having to replace the entire panel. Unless you enjoy using your treadmill for months as an over sized paper weight while you wait for parts and a repair person. Skip Nordic Trak and find another brand. ... show more

  • Great way to sweat at home
Size: 16" Screen Color: Black
We were on the fence on purchasing a high end treadmill. We went back and forth between Peloton/Sole/NordicTrack. At the end of the day, we chose correctly. I had read that NordicTrack has the best library of scenic/guided hikes and runs, and boy do they ever. Between my partner and I, we've gone for runs/walks in Vietnam, Italy, Romania, Tanzania and Hawaii. We've created custom warm up routines that we can schedule on the calendar to get going before a proper run. We've also been able to watch our favorite tv shows and movies while we workout if we're just looking to turn our brains off while we get our steps in. If you're looking for a plain treadmill that just does basic functions, this is probably overkill. If you're looking for extra content and guided runs and walks, the 1750 will be exactly what you're looking for. All the iFit extras are what make this machine great. Some positives: Hardware: The manual adjust for elevation and speeds for guided workouts are seamless and quick. The speed adjust on elevation is especially impressive compared to some other models I've used. The treadmill itself has a great "cushion" on impact for running. Very easy on the knees. It has a solid base and feels firmly rooted to the ground. Software: Love the extent of iFIt workouts and trainers. The search features are great at finding you new workouts with new trainers/locations. The ability to listen to music (whether Spotify or Last.fm) gives your workouts an extra level of intensity when you need it. The ability to watch Amazon or Netflix while walking/running is also great. The video and audio quality is great, and Bluetooth works pretty well with our Airpods. Some things that could be improved on the software/hardware side that would make it 10x better: Hardware: USB slot on the side: If you rest your hand (to brace) while using the menu, I'm often getting shocked by the UBS slot. It's pretty annoying, but it's not a deal breaker at all. I think moving that to the bottom where you wouldn't necessarily brace your hand would be a better solution. One additional annoyance is that Bluetooth gets "hung up" sometimes and it just won't connect. I've learned to turn on the machine and get logged in before putting my Airpods in. This has caused me to have to break previous habits because I normally put my Airpods in before I workout. The easier fix I've found when this happens is to hit the power button and wait a few seconds. Software: A separate slide adjuster for Spotify so I can listen to my music while going on a guided workout. The volume is identical for the trainer and Spotify so I can't hear them over my music. Means that I have to resort to last.fm. Last.fm has the separate slider. Not a deal breaker, but would be a small change that would be very nice. The ability to "link" workouts. I have a programmed warmup and would love to link workouts together without having to go through the cooldown and summary and then manually queue up the next one. All things considered, a great piece of equipment that has aided me in losing some serious weight over the last month. ... show more

  • Great product - Very heavy, will need multiple people to carry.
Size: 16" Screen Color: Black
This treadmill is the real deal. I am not a gym-goer by any means, but I do love jogging. Between the heat and rain, I wasn't getting a consistent enough schedule in, and wanted to work harder at lower my cholesterol. I have been jogging more than ever thanks to this machine. Even gets Netflix on it with the subscription!! Love it. I feel like I'm at a fancy gym. DO NOTE: This treadmill is INCREDIBLY HEAVY. I highly doubt you will be able to lift it alone, let alone with two people. Assembly is also QUITE the job. I had to hire a crew to do both - definitely plan ahead. It's not easy, and if you've never done it before, good luck. ... show more

  • Nice but not gym quality
Size: 16" Screen Color: Black
We have just gotten one of these about a month ago. We are occasional joggers that wanted a way to run indoor and did extensive research to try to get a good treadmill without breaking the bank. I will say that the monthly subscription gives you access to some pretty cool videos and if you get bored of just running it may be the thing for you. The treadmill itself seems ok. It is nice but boy the difference compared to the ones we are used to at the gym. First, at warm up speed at each step the rolling floor slows down. Like it doesn’t have enough power to overcome the added friction on the belt when you put your weight on it. It doesn’t happen at higher speed though. Second, it bounces by quite a bit. At each step you see it go down by at least a quarter inch. Third, for some reason the screen is really low. I am 6.2 and it kind of is at my belly height. It’s fine if you incline all the way up but just feels it could have been placed higher. Also the fan basically blows at your belt line. I know really good treadmills are in the $5-7k so i guess i shouldn’t complain. It’s just that i read so many raving reviews that i expected better. It is easy to use. The buttons work well, good sound and easy touch screen. The Amazon pro assembly was flawless. Def recommend it because this thing is heavy. ... show more

  • Initial review - So far, so good!
Size: 16" Screen Color: Black
Initial review - I'll give a 6 month update later. Delivery - no issues, a contracted delivery service dropped off the treadmill ahead of schedule. Weight - it's pretty heavy with all the parts in the box... treadmill base, arms, monitor, packing material, wooden supports on the inside of the box. We used a couple of furniture dollies to move it around to where we wanted to start the assembly. I recommend unpacking it close to where you want to use it. Once all the parts are out of the box, the actual treadmill base is still heavy but manageable with two people. My wife and I are 53 and not in the best shape but we were able to mange moving it to it's Permanente location. Assembly - Easy with two people, there are 4 bolts per arm for the uprights, feeding the power connecting cable for the monitor was a breeze with the pull wire already in place and ready to go. Keep the bolts somewhat loose as this help when attaching the monitor base. There are a couple more screws to attach the U-shaped control section which holds the monitor, very easy to do, again, with two people. All the tools are supplied so you do not need anything else to put the treadmill together. I would suggest a wrench and socket to speed things along. A couple of panel covers and it's almost complete. There is a shock which holds up the treadmill if you need to make use of the space it provides. Use - My wife is on her 3rd walk/hike in the Grand Canyon series and is enjoying it so far. The monitor is easy to setup and use/connect to WiFi. I-fit has a lot to offer from the browsing we did during the setup. The plan is of today - Memorial Day Sale - is $20 a month if you purchase for tow years. I'm sure they will offer sales in the future. Build quality - It's a sturdy as any commercial gym treadmill I've ever been on, and it's pretty quite. The -3 to +12 degree adjustments are nice as well. On the Grand Canyon hikes the treadmill automatically adjusts based on the terrain. All in all... it's been a positive experience. I'll post a 6 month update when we get there. Frank ... show more

  • LOST COMPLETE TRUST IN THIS BRAND
Size: 16" Screen Color: Black
My wife wanted a good treadmill anddid adequate research when picking this one out. She has always been thorough in her research when shopping for big items. The NORDICTRACK brand name was a wise selection. As far as I knew they have been in the fitness equipment for decades and are known for quality. It arrived right before Christmas 12/23. As this was her choice for a major gift for the holiday. 12/27 Easily assembled in less that an hour following the video link. Nice tools came with the product and made the assembly easier. She went through startup and couldn't get to the main screen. After 45 minutes of restarts following the prompts to a point where the screen, repeatedly would not advance to the next menu. She reached out to tech support. Several attempts, including a complete reload of software, in a close to 2-hour phone session, all of led to the conclusion that our console (smart screen) was bad and needed to be replaced. The technician informed her that she would receive a phone call or email the next day or Monday on the part being shipped. Never heard back from him. After the weekend, and hearing nothing back, she was ready to ship it back. She has no patience when promises of service responses go unanswered. Right then, she scheduled a return order to send it back. I calmed her down and said let's wait and see what happens. It's the holidays and there may be delays. Throughout this whole time, I received calls from the shipping company and delayed the pick up. I truly believed that NORDICTRACK would come through to service a new unit. This can’t be anything more than a fluke occurrence. 1/2/25 My first call following up to see if there was any progress to our tech support. Spent an hour and eighteen minutes dealing with someone checking, on hold, checking, on hold….”Yes, we see your claim, please hold….parts are not available” “we will let you know” All the time given me on hold was an opportunity to research online a few things. I learned that the president of NORDICTRACK had resigned a few years back. Right around the time there was a class action lawsuit over defective equipment. Also, NORDICTRACK was sold to another company. IFIT/ICON basically. 1/7/25 My next call was just past closing time, oops. 1/8/25 Over my lunch hour, I made 4calls. Total time around 26 min. First to a service rep who was European, I’m guessing a rookie, had trouble with the language, wanted me to troubleshoot the machine like it was a new service call. Through my frustration, I told her this wasn't getting my service claim, which had been in progress with service, any closer to a solution. I fact, it was a setback and I ended the Call. Second one I messed up my choice in automated choices Third call was getting somewhere until he accidentally put me back to a recording explaining all my questions could be answered Through IFIT website. Forth call, was a rep who seemed to be very helpful. Saw the order for a new console, checked availability, said she would expedite the part, and I would see it in a few days. I was elated….for a few days. Then….she asked for photo of the serial number on the frame. I wasnt near the machine. I was sitting in my car on my lunch hour. She gave me an email address to send it to. When I got home, I took the photo, sent it, and got a response that it was recieved. Feeling like I was finally seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. AND THEN…..nothing 1/14/25, 29 minutes on this call. The rep easily found our service request. I provided the nessecary model and serial number. Put me on hold, and came back to tell me that PARTS WERE NOT AVAILABLE. I finally said. I'm done, cancel all requests. We will be returning the treadmill. Very Disheartening feeling after all the time on hold a various srevice people leaves me feeling like I got played by the whole group of customer reps and that for all the time I was put on hold was nothing more than reaching out to their supervisors and delivering empty promises and deceived me to delay this being resolved. Basically-”tell them we have the parts and we’ll ship it” So I acquired a pallet since the original box was gone with holiday wrappings. Also various shipping supplies and strapping. Bundled everything up tight, Next call that came from the shipping company I set the time for pick up, and sent it back. I gave them far more chances than I should have. And much went further to try to resolve this than my wife wanted me to. ... show more

  • Fantastic piece of equipment!
Size: 24" Screen Color: Black
Fantastic machine, period! I did my research and looked several machines. At the end it boiled down to Nordictrack and Peloton. But when I saw the ridiculous price difference for the same quality and features, Nordictrack was no brainer. Than the choice was between 2450 and X24 but I settled with 2450 due to its relatively manageable weight and foldability. I think it is the prefect machine for me. Really nice looking, solidly made and quality piece of equipment. The motor is really quiet. The 12% incline is more than enough. The instructions were complicated at the first glance but I took my time I was able to assemble it by myself. iFit is fantastic as well. The courses and the locations are amazing. It is definetely worth the asking membership fee. My few wishes are; Apple Music More increments in decline mode between 0 and -3. The machine does this on its own during the workouts but you cannot select -1 or -2 manually. The fan would be more useful with movable fan grills just like car fans. Overall, I highly recommend this machine. ... show more
