The media could not be loaded. Really good machine, that has helped me with my mobility, and not feeling lethargic at the end of the day. No assembly was required. It was good to go right out of the box, which I loved. It can go almost 4mph, which is faster than I will ever be able to, and the incline features are easy to use for a bit more of a challenge. I also really like the slim profile, and it's easy to tuck away when I do need to sit down. The remote control is easy to use and is great when I need to adjust speed in meetings. The media could not be loaded. Oil leaked everywhere in its packet despite the seal still being on. The belt keeps slipping, it started making noise after 2wks on the left side and now it jerks/stops randomly when using and constantly makes an unpleasant noise anytime I’m on it but if nobody’s on it, it’s silent (did it just call me fat?) I’ve taken it apart and checked everything but there’s no reason I can see for it to be making this noise. It’s gotten louder and more consistent since the video. Spend your money on something better that’ll actually last more than 2-3 months. Update: my video as deleted for some reason, the sound has gotten ot he point where even with max volume noise canceling headphones I can still hear the annoying sound, it also jerks and stops when stepping on the left side. This is the only walk pad to have ever done this to me, I've oiled it, taken it apart to check the pieces and beyond some of the little black pads under the bolts being slightly off center everything else is fine (and you cant get to the bolts to fix it) there is no reason it should be making this horrible sound, Ive spent hours trying to fix it the noise is so bad I actively avoid exercising now and I cant even find a contact the manufacture button. 100% second worst purchase I've ever made right behind buying a kia soul. This is a great little walking pad! Literally plug and play, comes with tools to adjust incline manually and a small tube of lubricant. The remote responds well and is very lightweight. You can easily let it dangle off your wrist while walking. It has a 3 second delay start and when you stop it will gradually slow to a full stop. It's very slim, looks cool and it's easy to hide under the bed or behind a door. It is a bit heavy but not crazy heavy. Keep in mind it isn't as wide and long as a traditional treadmill, so if you're tall like me with long strides it takes a bit getting used to. Otherwise it's a great buy! ... show more
