Basically a fairly good fan. I've installed fans in my house before, so I know what I'm doing, and so installation wasn't particularly hard, but the instructions could be better - they appear to have been written by somebody too familiar with the product and not good at putting themselves in the place of the installer or DIY homeowner (multiple steps combined into one not clearly, some steps skipped, one not in the right order (my opinion), references to drawings not explained properly or provided, and maybe trying to save on paper to cut expense). If you've never installed a fan before, you will find the instructions a little frustrating. I installed both the wall switch and have the remote and they both work well (also works well with the phone app - connected to my home wifi network very easily). This fan moves the air very well and quietly, although the movement is somewhat more audible at Settings 4-6. The light does dim well up and down, but I question the 1600 lumen LED claim. 1600 lumen at 3000K should be the same as two 60w soft white standard bulbs, but I don't think this light reaches this level of brightness in my opinion. ... show more

I just love this fan! It is so sleek and modern looking for my 8 ft ceilings. It is hard to find a good looking fan for such low ceilings. It is also sooo quiet. I like that it is LED that can be bright or dimmed. It feels and looks good quality. I'm so happy we bought it! The only negative I can think of is it doesn't work with the light switch. It comes with a remote or works with Alexa. So far it has worked flawlessly with Alexa but there is a slight delay. Maybe only 10-20 seconds, but when I want to run into the room to grab something and leave quickly it feels a little annoying. I'm so glad we bought it. Edit--I read in another review that it beeps. Ours does not beep at all. The only time was when we were setting it up with wifi and Alexa. It is totally silent. ... show more

Did a lot of research looking for a fan like this. Happy with the design, and the quality is pretty good. Installation wasn't too bad, though A) there is way too much excess wire between the motor and the receiver, like 18". Also, the receiver just barely does not fit into the housing above the motor, so it makes it quite a bit more challenging to mount to the ceiling plate. However, all that was surmountable, and I was happy with the fan, until I turned it on. There is a loud "BEEP" every time you make any adjustment to the fan. I have no idea why a designer would expect the user to require feedback when turning a fan on or off. I have a number of other fans that do not have this same issue. Customer Service confirmed there is no way to disable the beep. Very unfortunate and I will have to return. Disappointing. ... show more

I bought 5 of these ( 2 x 54" 3 x 44") to install in our house. Each fan took about an hour to install(with wiring already ran) The setup in app was straight forward, connecting to the bluetooth wall controller(purchased separately) was easy. Getting the fan setup on alexa was also very simple. Everything went well. Build quality is very good. Everything just felt nice quality. Not cheap thin metal. Light is nice and bright + dimmable. The fans are also pretty much silent. I can only hear the air they move on higher speeds no motor sounds. Overall love these fans highly recommend them. ... show more

IT simply doesn't go fast enough to cool the entire room, there are a few speeds on this fan and it looks very nice but it doesn't function that well, its not in a huge room and when I purchased it, I felt that the 3 blades would do the job for this size room (12x12) and it does cool the room but not as well as my other fans. ... show more

I absolutely love this fan! Here are some reasons why: -Clean, minimal design with an equally elegant remote (that attaches to the wall holder magnetically!) -Powerful with 6 speeds. -Dimmable light that goes from dim to very bright. Also, the color of the light is very nice, similar to sunlight. -Whisper quiet thanks to the DC motor. -Reasonably priced for the quality, which is quite good. -Easy installation – even includes a cord with a hook to hang the fan from the mounting bracket while you wire it. EDIT: I was able to figure out the pairing issue with the fan and the app. as a result, I am updating my review to 4 stars. it doesn’t deserve 5 because it should not have been so hard to figure out the issue, but now that it’s connected to my phone and it’s accessible in homekit via homebridge, I am very pleased with the fan and the control. I will say that Breeze mode is too variable and I don’t like it as much as I’d hoped. but otherwise it is a solid fan and worth the money. For such a premium price I expected better. While it was great that the fan and the wall controls came pre-paired, I could not get the app to pair with the fan at all. Instructions were useless and even the great internet had minimal suggestions. Fan looks nice but I could have bought a $50 Chinese fan that did the same thing.
