We have multiple Hyperice products, including an earlier version of the Vyper. Needed a 2nd Vyper (1st one is still working great), so started looking and found a cheaper version by another manufacturer offered through Amazon given it had 4 vibration settings, lower price, etc. Received that unit and found it lacking in performance with the highest vibration setting equal to the medium-setting on the Vyper 3. Sent that unit back the same day and ordered the Vyper 3! Worth the money for the performance and proven products and customer service you get from Hyperice. The vibration on the lowest setting is too strong for rolling mid and upper back which is disappointing. It makes my teeth chatter and gives me a head ache. Suitable for rolling feet, legs, hips and even forearms. I will note the battery drains rapidly on anything but the lowest setting. I'm gonna keep it for now but my other foam rollers are not obsolete. This one has its uses but it's not a be all end all as I had hoped. ... show more

    • Broke/won’t charge after 8 months
The product has been great while I’ve had it. I’ve had it for about 8 months. Use it about 1-2 times a week. Now all of a sudden it won’t charge anymore and is broken. Not worth the $200 for it just to break 8 months later. Looking for a refund or a return for a new one

I had this used on me at Stretch LAB so had to get one to use at home. I didn’t know about the app but it’s great. Sort of like part of a Stretch LAB session at home.

I tried 4 different vibrating rollers. I started at $50 and after it was all said I spent $200 for this one. You get what you pay for, it's great!

    • On my 2nd one which won’t work, seems like a scam
I have the vyper 2 and love it so was buying one for my dad. Second vyper 3 I’ve bought through this seller which doesn’t work straight out of the box. The first one, none of the battery lights ever turned on and the device would not turn on. The second is fully charged but won’t turn on. Based on other reviews this sounds like a common problem and the company doesn’t care to fix or help customers. Seems like some sort of scam at this point so will return item. ... show more
