This is an awesome printer and was very easy to setup. I got it on sale and I can't complain at all. It prints labels in seconds and there are no issues at all. Also was a real surprise to see it come with labels in the box even though it's not listed. I got this for my Etsy shop and so far it works like a charm. I read the reviews and obviously everyone has their own issues. I filled setup which was actually pretty easy despite reviews however printing a label I can't ever get a complete 4x6 label it's always gotta be shrunk down it has great printer quality since it was so cheap I think that's why you have to pay after a certain amount of time to use the stuff that came with it ... show more

It's easy to setup as along as you follow the directions. They include both a manual and videos all on the usb stick that is included. I had it set up and ready to go in 10 minutes. Just make sure the labels are right side up. Lol. Great little printer and worth every penny!

There is a narrative that exists that you need a higher cost name brand thermal printer... not the case. this printer is an easy setup, easy to use, and never had any issue with scanning barcodes with USPS or UPS. This might be the worst printer I’ve ever bought in my life. It doesn’t connect to WiFi, it doesn’t connect with computer. I watched every single YouTube video and it still doesn’t work. If I’m you do not waste your time on this computer.
