It's easy to setup as along as you follow the directions. They include both a manual and videos all on the usb stick that is included. I had it set up and ready to go in 10 minutes. Just make sure the labels are right side up. Lol. Great little printer and worth every penny!

There is one downfall, no instructions included. You have to google how to get connected so you can print. You have to download the drive, but that info is not included. The quality and performance is exactly once everything is installed

I am having a hard time getting to work with my Chrome os emailed and they keep send me what in the video I even had people that have used this with there laptop help and they can't get it to work either so it just sitting here not getting used not happy at all

This thing is a GODSEND for my small business, but you NEED to read the directions. The reviews that say the thing was hard to set up or confusing are probably not very technically inclined. You just need to read the directions, or if you really aren’t very good with computers then you should get someone you know that can run a setup wizard/driver installation to help. I have been using this printer for the last 6 months, i have had good days with it and other days it liked to jam up. You have to be careful how you orientate your thermal labels so the printer doesnt accidentally pull the label up off the thermal paper and mess up the rollers. other than that only hiccup, it has been a champ, i have printed well over 3,000 4x6 labels out of it and it has been a game changer! ... show more

Way better than I expected for the lowest price one I could find at the time. Set up can be a bit tricky to get the printer to feed correctly for labels but if you’re tech savvy you should be able to get it dialed in
