This printer has it all Upgradability? It's an ender 3 clone, so everything available for the Ender 3 should work here. Thingiverse also has *countless* free models to print to add to the printer. I would suggest you look up the Aquilla updated Feeding unit ( I forget what exactly its called) The stock one has been known to give people issues (I haven't had problems yet) so its best to print a new set of pieces with better geometry while the printer runs well. Noise? It's tolerable, the fans are the most noticeable part. But those are easy enough to change out if they bother you. I actually have my printer running in my room on my dresser and I don't experience loud humming from the stepper motors. I even sleep with the thing running from time to time with no problems! I would say, if you have the printer in your room to print a screen cover since the menu screen gets pretty bright at night since there isn't a way to turn down the brightness. Print Quality? It prints phenomenally out of the box! it just takes a good bed level to get started and the machine just goes and goes and goes! if you want *super* nice prints you can easily play with the settings. I myself am happy with the standard quality for most things. However, I did play with the settings when I was printing a more-or-less scale replica of the Volt from Apex Legends. One thing I did notice though, is that on long prints with a high Z-axis I do experience a few-layer shifts. I haven't quite figured out the source, but it's not a big enough deal to me yet to bother with it. Note, the printer does run a little slow, but there are easy ways to remedy that. I choose to let mine be a little more turtle-ish to try and retain as much quality as I can since, for the most part, I'm pretty patient. In summary, if you're looking for an entry-level printer to get started with or you're adding one to a fleet/farm. Do it! It will easily pay for itself in the long run when you can design and print something you need rather than spending 10x the money to buy something off the shelf. And it's more fun to prototype and problem-solve in 3d modeling software and see your creation take shape before your eyes!

Search the brand name online and use the program from their site to slice and change settings. Very good amount of options I’m tuning to work for what I need. Prints always come out great once you get the tram (usually called bed leveling) set. Super fast, high resolution and quality. Non metallic was super straight forward, strong. The translucent sample that came with the machine is a little more brittle but does print nicely. Metallics I may need to adjust the temperature a little bit or something, still came out great but had one layer separation on a deck box - it was a happy accident because it was right above the retention dots, so now I’m just shortening the height and that should be all good. When you do tram the heated bed, maybe use 3-4 sheets of paper to get a proper gap: you should be able to barely see a lighted background in the gap between the nozzle and bed. Awesome product and software, amazing low price Get some plastic razor blades to make sure the glass plate lasts as long as possible. Makes it Very Easy to get prints off 👍

Pretty easy to assemble and simple to use. I like that it self levels and has filament detection. Had an issue with the pla sticking to platform, but after making some adjustments to the nozzle and bed temperatures, turning off the fan for the first few layers, and setting z offset to -1.0 it sticks well.

This was my first experience with 3D printing. it was bought for my son for Christmas thinking he would have a blast with it where he's 13 but turned out I use it way more than him. It's great for making everything from coral stands to bird houses and things for my office. It was a lot easier to put together and setup than I thought it would be to. Once I found where to get the STL files online and bought my filament I went off to the races. There have def been some learning curves I needed to get around but thankfully we have this awesome thing called YouTube that had all my answers. If you're new to the 3D printing game like me then this was def a good first option.

The media could not be loaded. I haven’t had this printer a week and it already broke 2 times. The first thing that was broken was the nozzle that comes on it clogged super fast. So I tried to switch it out it was so tight that I bent the retaining screws and stripped them out of the aluminum block it’s screwed too The second thing is after 3 hours of trying to get them fixed and finally putting it all back together. I went to do a print and it worked then when I was adjusting the Z offset the whole thing took a crap and the screen doesn’t work now. (Update) the issue was the heat sensor wire grounded out and was causing issues I found this myself after waiting for customer service 2 days.

The media could not be loaded. This has been going almost nonstop since I got it. The first picture and video I attached it's building Pokemon chess pieces for my kids. The second picture is of a marble toy. The video I posted of the chess pieces it's a fourth of the way done and its been printing for 10.5 hours. So it's not the fastest but it's doing the job. If I don't move it I check the bed level every fourth or fifth print. So far I haven't had any issues. My next one I will get one that will self level. I put it together while watching a step by step YouTube video. I would buy this again for a first time 3D printer. Udate: 2 days before the warranty ended it quite working. The build plate came all the way forward and the just started spitting out filament. I'm returning it and will try a different brand.
