The chair arrived in just 4 days, and I quickly assemble it with the clear instructions. As a girl, I set it up on my own in under 30 minutes. It's surprisingly roomy, letting me sit comfortably with my legs crossed. The materials are top-notch, and the chair provides excellent support.     • Overall good, but armrests are coming loose

This is a very sturdy chair, very comfortable. The only issue was one small imperfection in the stitching on the seat, and the armrests are coming loose. It seems to be a design flaw because the screws are all the way tight but the armrests are still coming loose. It is overall decent value though.

    • Doesn't rock - otherwise great chair

No photos, sorry. But it looks just like the photo above. About me: I'm 6'4" tall and weigh 270#. I have a 52" chest and 42" waist. NOT a small person at all. Immediately, this chair was so easy to put together. From the time I dumped it all out on the living room floor to sitting in it at my desk was about 7 minutes. I, of course, have a hex driver set that I use in my drill, which really saves a lot of time. I had ordered new "upgraded" castor wheels for my old chair because I thought the ones on it were breaking. Turns out one of the legs had broken. And twisted. Hence the new chair. But also, I cannot comment on the castors that come with this. The seat is plenty wide for my big bottom. It has an odd sort of contour to it, I guess for reasons, but it's not at all uncomfortable. I would mind if the seat was another inch or so deeper. I suppose I could just flip around the metal part that holds the seat back on... but my tools are all put away. The arm rests are a perfect height for me... slightly lower than the top of my desk (29-1/2") with the chair all the way up. The padding is soft and cushions my elbows nicely. The seat back is plenty wide. When I recline back, I feel secure and nestled in. Of course, I'm waiting for one of the legs to break, so that's a thing. The foot rest is a thing. It wasn't a huge selling point for me, and it holds the weight of my legs just fine. This is on me, though: I didn't realize this chair doesn't rock. Cr@p. I'll adjust to it, but I do like being able to recline back a little bit without fudging with levers and stuff. I'm not gonna bland the chair or the company for that though.. this was my oversight. I would have passed on this had I read more carefully. Having said that, this is a great chair so far. We'll see how long it lasts. ... show more

This will save my back! I have been using a thrift store office chair for the last decade and finally gave up after shampooing it too many times and wearing through the fabric, hah. This is made of a nice leathery material and is soft enough to be comfortable. The back cushion is great. I don't use the reclining feature, but my husband leaned all the way back and compared it to a hammock or dentist's office chair. I guess that is good? Very pleased with it. Originally when I received the chair I was sent the wrong thing. However the customer service team reached out to me and sent me a new chair and said they wound issue a refund for my troubles. They were super helpful, friendly and fixed all the issues I had. The chair itself is comfortable and it was easy to assemble. I would buy this again and recommend it to others ! ... show more

Large chair, I'm 6'4 250lbs. I fit great. Very sturdy and love the 3 setting massage Lumbar pillow. Easy assembly video link on instruction sheet. Took less than 30 min. Not cheaply made material very soft and comfortable.
