    • Perfect cheap replacement for Solera in roller lights.
Perfect replacement for LIPPERT in awning lights. If you’re awning, comes with lights mounting inside the roller, this is for you. The install is a little tricky, because you have to take the arm off to access inside the roller. I would recommend having help for that part. Somebody to help stabilize the arm while you disconnect the wire. You unhook the old lights and just pull out old strip from track. I opted for better locking connectors, I’m not a fan of wire nuts on tiny wires. The light strip is sized perfectly where I was able to wedge them in the track. Just need to use a flat tip screwdriver to push in. The whole job took about an hour. I did it all standing in back of pickup. The lights work great after 10 day camping trip. I would say it has a very slight blue tint. Looks great. Extreme great value, even if they only last a year, I will not pay hundreds of dollars for original factory replacement. ... show more

Excellent quality LED lights. Easy to install on our motor home. I was nervous to cut to size, but it wasn’t a problem (I did put a dab of waterproof silicone on the end). Tried other types that were cheaper, plus dim and change color, but none lasted and I find I didn’t use those functions anyway. This throws a fantastic light under the awning. It’s bright, but not overwhelmingly so. The color type is “cool” (blueish not warm/yellowish), but that matches the original. Also MUCH better quality than those others. It’s like a rope light with the LEDs protected behind a thick clear layer, but the size still fits perfectly in the channel below the awning. I used a plastic auto trim tool to push it into some of the tighter spots. Adhesive that it comes with seems to be good quality and it’s holding well so far (~10hrs at highway speeds & rain showers/storms). I expect it to last several years, at least. ... show more

I replaced the manual awning with a Lippert power awning on my motorhome. Much less expensive than the one you can add thru Lippert. The install was easy as the new awning came with pre installed 12v connection. The full length adhesive made for easy attachment to the awning rail. Bought two sets of these lights for our camper.. first set no problems sends set the 3m tape was separated in a few spots from the light it’s self was harder to install the lights from a ladder and trying to hold the light strip and staying on ladder and try to keep the tape clean while reinstalling the tape back on the strip of lights.. but all in all like the lights....light are bright and the first set were easier to install since the tape was adhered to the lights themselves... ... show more

BRIGHT!!!!! I guess our old strip was worse than we thought. We replaced the light as maintenance while doing the awning. Good quality and easily trimmable for maximum length.
