I love all things Vizio so I was excited to receive the Tv. It came in good condition except it looked like the box had been opened and then resealed with clear tape. Setting it up was a breeze because all I really needed it for was to stream TV in my bedroom. Very happy with the size in the picture was awesome. The only exception that I took was I had ordered a new not reconditioned and a 1080 and not a 720. I contacted the seller to discuss this predicament. They were very quick with their response and very courteous. Offered to give me a refund if I wished to send the TV back. Having watched the TV for several days and being satisfied with it I chose to keep it and they chose to send me a partial refund. Always well until two weeks passed by. Now it loses its connection and I have to unplug the set and plug it back in to get back on the Internet. It’s happening often enough that it is slightly annoying. To be perfectly frank I don’t know that I would recommend purchasing a set from the buyer even though their customer service went above and beyond. So in closing I did not get what I thought I was purchasing but I will adapt. ... show more

Can’t stream movies because it freezes. rest of house has no problem.. just this tv . Literally have to unplug it to get it to clear and re-setup..

Don’t buy for this dollar amount I paid $315 he sent me a used TV instead of a new one I guess I’ll keep it seems to work OK But Still

Very light weight, excellent color, easy setup, but I use an outdoor antenna and watch a lot of local stations The remote system is not intuitive and there is no dedicated (TV) button that take me to the channels from from antenna. It's a pain to do this search routine every time the TV is turned on. For the money I'd say that this TV is a good buy. It has so many built in APs for Netflix , Prime and many more, including a bunch of free streaming channels. A couple extra HDMI ports would be nice, but again, for the money, it's just fine. I would recommend it to anyone who is somewhat tech savvy. It's not for grandma, at least not mine! ... show more

    • Wow. This TV is FANTASTIC! I would highly recommend.
I just bought this Vizio TV for my daughter. I wanted her TV upgraded from a 27" 720p non-smart TV to this one. What a difference the bigger size made along with the 1080p resolution and having it be a smart TV. Connecting it to my WiFi was a breeze. Here's the only thing I got worried about for a couple seconds; .....after you connect to the WiFi it's going to download the most updated software (and you can see the progress bar on the screen). It states on the screen that after it's done updating, the TV will automatically restart - which it did. However, when it turned back on it went right back into the "downloading updates" screen again. It went through that cycle 3 times for whatever reason but after that, it's been working like a champ. We also have an AppleTV unit connected to the TV so my daughter has a ton of options. The TV has two HDMI ports along with a USB port. ... show more

    • super slow and frustrating
i have fiber internet and this tv does stream very well at all. moving between apps seems to take 15-20 seconds if your lucky. the tv cuts out randomly and just turns itself off. i have applied all the latest updates when they are available. i would not recommend buying this tv for streaming
