This mixer looks nice. I like the color with the rest of my kitchen appliances and it's easy to clean. It's very lightweight which is kind of a double edged sword. It makes it easy for me to put it up and take it down from the top of my kitchen cabinets, but it also makes the whole mixer wobble because there's not enough weight to keep it stable. Every time I use this I have to move it so I really appreciate the lightweight. I use it to make gluten free bread which requires six minutes of beating at high speed. My old heavy weight mixer could do it at medium speed, but this one has to be on high or one speed down. However it does a good job. So far it is holding up well. I appreciate that the beating paddle is solid metal so I have no worries about it breaking which is what happened with my old mixer. Update1/15/26: I’ve been using the mixer now for little over a year averaging once a week or less. A couple of months ago it started varying speeds especially when it was on a low speed. It acted like it was having trouble even though there was only powdered ingredients in the bowl. Now it’s happening frequently on all speeds except high. I’m worried that it’s not going to last much longer. Fifty to 75 uses and then failing is not acceptable. I will not buy again. ... show more
