  • Cool product
I love it, fancy but not expensive, sound is great. Not heavy. I got the large size and fits perfectly. Fast to connect my phone.

  • A $500 Tethered Paperweight — Fundamentally Flawed Tech and an Egregious Refund Process Rating:
If I could give this product negative stars, I would. If you are considering spending nearly $500 on the VITURE Luma XR glasses under the assumption that you are purchasing a modern, functional piece of technology, allow me to save you the trouble. What you are actually buying is a pair of overpriced, wired external monitors entirely devoid of standalone capability. As a small business owner, I purchased these specifically for their presumed utility: taking hands-free video tutorials and documenting properties after I finish a remodel. Given the premium price point, one would naturally assume these featured standard Bluetooth capability and basic internal processing. Instead, I was dismayed to discover that the Luma XR requires a constant, physical tether to a mobile phone just to function. If your goal is to be active, work with your hands, or do anything other than sit completely motionless on a couch, the archaic wired limitations of this device make it entirely useless. The execution of the interface and hardware integration is equally baffling. The software—specifically the attempt to pin the dual screens into the bottom right corner of the lenses—is poorly conceived, highly distracting, and completely impractical for real-world application on a job site. Furthermore, the audio routing is fundamentally broken. I never once heard sound emit from the built-in speakers; all audio stubbornly played directly from my tethered phone. For a device at this price, failing basic audio routing is nothing short of embarrassing. However, the most egregious aspect of this entire debacle has been the atrocious return process. It has been nearly two weeks since I returned this horribly designed product, and my $500 is still being held hostage in administrative limbo. To make matters worse, Amazon has actively withheld the processing documentation I need to utilize the buyer's insurance on my credit card for an early payout. Holding a customer's capital for weeks over a fundamentally flawed product, while actively obstructing their ability to use their own financial protections, is a masterclass in terrible customer service. Save your money. Invest in a standalone device from a manufacturer that actually understands modern hardware, and spare yourself the headache of dealing with this abysmal refund policy. ... show more

  • Good product, but has its limitations
First off, these aren’t smart glasses. It’s very good at what it does. Plug it into a device, watch a movie, play a video game without too much hassle. It’s great on my steam deck, and the SpaceWalker app isn’t too bad on my IPhone. My use case is primarily that. Watch TV or play video games while traveling or at home. The three biggest issues I’ve come across: 1. The magnetic power attachment is a pain that comes off with the slightest pull of the cord. Adjust yourself in your seat, cord gets stuck, power pulled. Look left too far? Cord pulls, power gone. 2. The Viture power splitter that allows you to charge while using this fizzes out periodically. I can’t even rest my head back against something else it will disconnect which is odd. I’ve tested this by unplugging the splitter and direct connecting to my phone then placing my head back to the same position with no issue. I bought a third party splitter for half the price and don’t have any issues; don’t really need the head tracking if it just pulls the power cord. 3. By far the worst part is this thing is just too damn bright. I didn’t know how bright 1200p would be, almost bought a 1500p competitor glasses for numbers alone. 1200 is absolutely bright enough for normal and high level environments. I’m usually on brightness 2 during the day inside, 4-5 if I go to my backyard. The single time I’ve had to use full brightness was on an airplane with the full sun shining through the window. The problem? You cant turn down the brightness enough and there’s no night setting. Usable inside with a light on, but if you’re in a low light room or even at night it becomes very apparent you’re staring at TV level brightness 2 inches from your face. And no, adjusting the brightness in your phone doesn’t work (oddly enough the steam decks night feature works). My only other suggestion is SpaceWalker has an Xbox streaming app, a nvidia one, what they need is a steam streaming app like the Amazon fire stick. ... show more

  • Tools of the future are here and ready for you to take hold of life by the glasses
what can i say other than WOWZA!!!! These are amazing, I've always been a techy kinda person but this just steps it up that much more. I love that i can sit in my home office and have multiple screens without needing to have multiple mounted screens for work. or personal use. the gaming capabilities on top of it allow me to get deeper into the sci-fi side of me while sitting comfortably at home in my recliner and let my family watch something making it to where we can enjoy time together while also doing our own thing. Now i will say there is still some room for improvement but that is technology in general. if you have a desire to branch out and experience a bit of the future then do yourself a favor and splurge on yourself a bit and have some fun. the possibilities are endless and you are the only limit! ... show more

  • Great glasses but The tech is almost there
Almost there but there needs to be a lot of improvement: Pro: - bright crisp screen - great fitting when you get it right - very light - does not get hot - myopia adjustment Cons - myopia adjustment is not perfect, if you had astigmatism it’s no use - it’s hard to see corner - it’s only great if you focus center screen - there is monochromatic effect in text - 3d only works using spacewalker app - spacewalker does not support 3d Netflix or Hulu - not recommended for FPS gaming - you need to have a different dongle to hook upto consoles I think this tech will be perfect after next two version, but the technology seems promising! I ended up returning them because the myopia adjustment isn’t universal for all the things. You have to adjust picture every time you put on glasses and or change sources. ... show more

  • Great for Work and Travel
I bought these Viture glasses because I spend a lot of time working outside the office, and they’ve been a great tool for both productivity and travel. Being able to have the equivalent of multiple monitors while working on the go is extremely useful, and the glasses themselves fit well and feel lightweight enough to wear comfortably for extended periods. My only minor complaint is that I wish the cable were a little longer, but it still works fine as is. This is actually the second pair I’ve purchased, and now my wife and I can both enjoy our own shows while traveling instead of fighting over what to watch. They’ve been especially great on trips since I can watch movies or series without bothering anyone around me. The built-in audio sounds excellent in my opinion and adds a lot to the immersion, making the experience much better than I expected. Overall, they’ve been a very versatile purchase for both work and entertainment. ... show more

  • Hardware is great, but the software holds it back. I'd say avoid for now.
Unclear instructions and terrible software keep the hardware from being great. Unfortunately most of the advertised features need the software, which is terrible. Upgrading the firmware took me multiple tries, calibration is hit or miss and will need to be done multiple times. I already have the older Pro XR that I purchased some time ago used for less than $200. I don't recommend these for their current $500 price. Also, if you don't have good eyesight you MIGHT be able to get by adjusting the dials on the glasses to get a clear view. I'm nearsighted, but I had to max out one of the dials. If this doesn't work, you'll have to go back to your wallet to invest in some prescription lenses. They have a partner they recommend in the UK, but you're going to spend ANOTHER $100+ for that. On their web page they brag about how they have all of these ex Apple/Google/Trendy Tech Bros, and I'm sure they all helped with the hardware, now they need to steal some guys that know how to build quality software. Update: Ruby (support) was very helpful and professional. We discussed my issues and I do feel as though I was heard. However, only time will tell if the suggestions that was discussed will be put into action ... show more

  • Unfortunately, I cannot recommend.
Unless you watch movies by yourself all day everyday not sure these glasses have much use. Any kind of touch action on your phone or tablet requires you to look down at the device. At best it’s a glorified monitor for your screen but it’s limited. Even using a mouse on a PC it didn’t feel natural as your head is either tilted up to view the screen or down to view your device. In addition to that I had major problems with double vision that seemed to correct itself after rebooting several times and dim screen at times. Technically the device seems delicate and requires great care as I don’t think it will hold up well in travel bag or with young children even using the provided the case which is well made. All in all I would say this device is extremely niche and definitely easier to look at regular monitor or device directly. It’s just not ready for prime time. I really wanted to like this but don’t think we are there yet. ... show more
