After taking this product for a week Ive already lost 2 inches off my waist. Ive taken CLA before from GNC but this brand seems to be gentler on my stomach and I dont have as much discomfort in terms of gas as before . The Gnc ClA also resulted in an increase in my cholesterol level . I was told by a trainer that its because of all the fat that has been released into my bloodstream . I cant say yet what the effect will be after taking this brand . I used to take CLA when I was on a serious fitness regimen and it really did wonders for my waistline. The downside is that everything else was reduced as well. For focused fat loss (ie just your waist and not thighs or butt) this product isnt the answer , but then again Im not sure if anything help can target fat loss in specific areas . All in all it works very well for me . Just remember to exercise while taking this and itll work even better and drink alot of water to flush out the fat and toxins .

I have been taking this daily for 30 days now, just finished my bottle, and I can say I definitely notice an improvement in my muscle endurance with weightlifting. I used to use creatine but good quality creatine can be expensive so I was seeking a more affordable alternative and this suited my needs nicely. I typically do 30-45 minutes of heavy weightlifting and then vigorous cardio afterwards and I feel like I have noticed slight energy improvement overall with this supplement, as I have not NEEDED to use my preworkout supplement all the time. You kind of will have slight fish oil tasting burps while taking this but it's not very strong. As far as the claim of "helps improve body composition" I'm not too sure about that. Have not noticed any difference in my muscle tone or definition. Overall though this is a good supplement to add to your regiment.

Product is great. Seller, not so much. Item description states 2 pack and only 1 pack(jar) was delivered. Sadly , there is no option to contact seller. Guess I'm out 15 bucks!! :(

I’ve been using these for a month and with diet and exercise have only seen weight gain (with no measured losses). These give several minutes of terrible burnt rubber tasting burps after taking them.

One of the better CLA products I’ve taken and I’ve tried A LOT of them. I can tell a difference from these ones compared to others. I take 2 to 3 capsules a day, easy to swallow and digest. I will keep buying these and also a plus is that it’s a higher dose.
