I started 7 days ago. It absolutely works that I have to remind myself to eat. Not knowing what to expect I took 1 in the morning for 2 days. I noticed instead of 1 time in the bathroom it was 2 times a day, I took 2 in the morning on the 3rd day and am still on the 2 a day every morning. I take it with 8 oz of water, 2xs in the bathroom every day. We have to do our part for anything to work. I walk for a half hour within an hour of waking. I walk every day 10-15 thousand steps a day, I walk 30 minutes every morning before I do anything, and 10-20 minutes after I eat anything, exercise for 30 minutes every evening. I also do a stomach, pelvic, underarm, legs, and butt rub to circulate the blood every night before bed. I sleep through the night. I have lost 1 1/2 pounds this week so far while eating a low calorie diet, and exercise . My last bite is 7pm. I do a 12 to 16 hour fast every day depending on what my day is like. Im focused and determined, I have more energy as well. I have 8 pds to go my goal is set for 6 months from now. I promise I will update after a month of taking these. I don’t believe that this supplement will do it all, we must do our part as well. Update: I have lost 6 pounds by doing all the above. I broke my foot 2 weeks ago, I have not been able to do my walking but I do any bed exercises I can to keep going. I am still taking 2 in the morning. I will get to my goal using this product.     • A great tool for your health journey
It is important to note that I am highly skeptical of weight loss products and use a critical eye before trying supplements. That said, I am buying my second jar of this berberine because I am enjoying the positive effects. My sugar cravings are pretty wild, and get worse around my menses. When I take these pills regularly, I really don't have any cravings for most of the month, and I might get one "bad" day around my menses. This is a total net win for me, as I originally decided to try this particular supplement for the claims of reducing sugar cravings. When I don't take it regularly, I definitely feel like I am snackier and want more sweets. Is it a placebo effect? Perhaps. But I have experienced these changes reliably, so I am confident in it. I don't see any change in my energy; this doesn't effect my sleep negatively, nor am I feeling more energetic throughout the day. Just a non-issue for me, personally. I find the appetite suppression to be mild, which is my preference. When taken regularly, I find I am less likely to snack throughout the day, and I am satiated with smaller portions during meals without the urge to go back for seconds "just because it tastes good". The suppressive quality is mild enough where it doesn't impact my eating schedule, though, inasmuch as I still want to have breakfast and dinner at the same time, and I am definitely hungry enough to eat when mealtimes come around. Again, this is ideal for me since I wasn't looking to "forget" to eat, I just wanted to help stop the food noise. All in all, I find this supplement to be incredibly helpful in my ongoing health journey and will continue to use it. ... show more

Don’t believe the bad reviews. This stuff works and it’s the best Berberine I have tried. I’ve tried many different brands over the years and this one is by far the most effective. I am having to force myself to eat. I am also having my diabetic mother take this and she is seeing a difference. This will help curb appetite just like a GLP-1, and keeps your sugar at bay. The only complaint is taking it multiple times a day but other than that, it’s by far one of the best Berberine supplements. ... show more

I got this berberine in hopes it would help with my appetite + sugar cravings. I’ve taken it for 5 days in a row now & I have not really seen any changes or improvement in those areas. I still get hungry and want to snack. However, I have noticed a little difference in my digestion. Based off the reviews, these things work. So, I’m hoping as I take it over time it’ll start kicking in. I’m gonna continue to take the whole bottle and see if anything changes. As far as the capsules, they are fairly easy to take. You have to take three all at once though before your breakfast/lunch. My energy levels seem to be a tad bit better, not much though. So, again, hopefully some of these areas will improve over time and as I take it. It’s only been 5 full days, so we will see. I will try to remember to come back for updates. ... show more
