    • A great tool for your health journey
It is important to note that I am highly skeptical of weight loss products and use a critical eye before trying supplements. That said, I am buying my second jar of this berberine because I am enjoying the positive effects. My sugar cravings are pretty wild, and get worse around my menses. When I take these pills regularly, I really don't have any cravings for most of the month, and I might get one "bad" day around my menses. This is a total net win for me, as I originally decided to try this particular supplement for the claims of reducing sugar cravings. When I don't take it regularly, I definitely feel like I am snackier and want more sweets. Is it a placebo effect? Perhaps. But I have experienced these changes reliably, so I am confident in it. I don't see any change in my energy; this doesn't effect my sleep negatively, nor am I feeling more energetic throughout the day. Just a non-issue for me, personally. I find the appetite suppression to be mild, which is my preference. When taken regularly, I find I am less likely to snack throughout the day, and I am satiated with smaller portions during meals without the urge to go back for seconds "just because it tastes good". The suppressive quality is mild enough where it doesn't impact my eating schedule, though, inasmuch as I still want to have breakfast and dinner at the same time, and I am definitely hungry enough to eat when mealtimes come around. Again, this is ideal for me since I wasn't looking to "forget" to eat, I just wanted to help stop the food noise. I'm on my 3rd bottle. I have seen results in my waist, its smaller, less bloating and has helped my digestive system (if ya know what I mean). I still have a healthy appetite but when I don't over eat, when I'm done, I'm done. Good quality, great price, I'll continue to use for sure.

I’ve been taking them for about three weeks now. I have noticed I’m not craving for sweets. They do suppress my appetite. No extra energy. I will start an exercise program. Hopefully I will see the results on the scale.

I’ve only been taken 1 a day in the morning and it does what it says from first time. It curbs appetite if you do eat you wont eat as much, def great addition to help if fasting.

Only helped with hunger cravings for a couple of hours. Stay busy in order to not think about been hungry.

I’ve been taking these for a little over a month. Pretty good for the price. The GLP-1 lured me in since I can’t afford the real stuff. So far I’m slowly seeing results in my weight (also try to get a little cardio in a few days of the week) but this stuff has really helped in curbing my appetite. It’s much easier for me to be content for one small plate of food instead of going back for seconds AND except for the occasional sweet craving (maybe once a week) I’m not caring to snack. The taste of them when they first go in your mouth isn’t real pleasant but meds usually aren’t anyways. I definitely feel like they’re doing something and I’ve already purchased my second round of them. ... show more
