I'm not going to lie. I was skeptical about using this product. But I said, what the heck, why not try it? I don't have anything to lose, except the weight. I started at 158 lbs on January 26, 2024 and I went down to 150 in 2.5 weeks. That's 8 lbs! In the past, I've changed my diet and done six months of regular gym with a trainer and could only drop to 145 (I've since gained it back, ugh). Definitely helps control hunger, and there are no jitters or irritability. I’ve only been taking it for a few days but my snacking and hunger has been decreased a lot. I haven’t been able to finish dinner since taking it. I feel full sooner and am simply not interested in eating more. Yay!

It really WORKS! Just like the label states. Slims, lightens, and tones. I first noticed it in my face and neck and arms. And of course my waist as well. Even my legs have trimmed up a bit. I ordered these and had not been consistent with them at all. When I finally started being consistent with them they worked really well. I had been trying to get out of the 170s for a minute but had been struggling. Once I started taking these consistently I lost 5 lbs within 2 months.
