If you’re unfamiliar with L-Carnatine here are a few key points to take note of before buying. This is not an energy supplement. This acts more like a thermogenic that raises your core body temperature more rapidly as you workout. I’m a big guy, 6’1”, 280lbs and I only half scoop this since it’s almost a lil too effective with a full one. There isn’t much of a taste despite the slight fishy smell. If it bothers you mix it with pre or anything with flavor and you won’t even notice. I find slight discomfort in my stomach when I take a full scoop, but it’s trivial considering the amount that I’m sweating. Definitely recommend to those that are trying to cut weight. ... show more
