When I started these, a few hours later I would get intense stomach pains reminiscent of being hungry but in a target spot. This pain would last for about 20 minutes and be a 3 or 4 out of 10 on a pain scale. I thought perhaps my body was getting used to it so I stuck it out for about 3 weeks. Same issue every day I took these. I discontinued use for about 1 week and the pains went away. The serving recommendation is 2 capsules so I dropped down to 1 just to see what happened and the same pain occurred, though much less severe (2 out of 10 at most) but the same result where it occurs hours later. Needless to say, I've thrown these in the trash. The stomach pain that comes with ingesting these was just too concerning to continue use. Be cautioned on this one.

I took this for a little over a month and unfortunately I can't say I really notice a difference. One side effect that I did notice and didn't expect was that it gave me heartburn. On days I would take the pills it was almost like there was a dull burn in my throat and chest. It bothered me enough to where I don't even want to continue to see if I get any results after being on it for longer.
