Well for the last 4 months I've been on a severe weight loss regimen, guided by a doctor who put me on Phentermine, and while it's ability to negate the hunger was amazing, it's side effects were a bit extreme, from high blood pressure to rashes and peeling skin, at the three month mark I decided to get off of it, now at this time I had gone from 5000 calories a day to 2000, and had lost 65 pounds, for the first couple of days after I stopped taking it, I was fine if a bit tired, but on that second day is when the hunger neutralizing effects stopped, holy crap that sucked, it was the equivalent of being punched in the stomach, I've heard of hunger pains but this was the first time I've truly understood, but I kept to my diet and just kept on suffering for a couple of days, I had a family member who swore by your product, and at that time I would have tried anything, within 20 min of taking my first pill which she loaned me, the hunger just STOPPED, it was amazing, due to the severity of my diet I now take three capsules a day, but there are no horrible side effects like with Phentermine, and I truly think the hunger suppressing qualities of this are more effective than Phentermine as well, I am truly greatful that this product exists, and I hope to continue to have it by my side on my journey to my weight loss goals and beyond. - Adam.

I just received my order two days ago and decided to start taking these yesterday to be able to start in the morning and take them for a full day. I can't review on any weight loss just yet, but I can review on energy and appetite control. I took one capsule, 30-45 minutes prior to a meal, and actually had to force myself to eat even just a few bites, I literally was not hungry! It is the most powerful Garcinia Cambogia I have ever tried, and trust me, I have tried many. As far as energy goes, being a mother of 5 leaves you feeling like a zombie most days... but this product changed all that, in just one day! I could think clearer, focus better, there was pep in my step, I even managed to finish washing and folding the 15 loads of laundry and bedding between the last two days as a result of cleaning my kids' bedrooms, and still had energy to spare! I wasn't falling asleep while watching tv with my husband like I typically do. And I felt great, no negative side-effects what-so-ever! I will try to update in a few weeks on the weight loss, but so far, this product is awesome!!! UPDATE: I have been taking this supplement for a little over 2 weeks now and am happy to say that I have lost a total of 10 lbs. Still have energy and my appetite has dramatically decreased. Works best if you drink plenty of water, and at the very least, walk a few blocks a day.

It said no side effects with this organic all natural product...WOW, I DEVELOPED LOWER LEFT SIDE ABDOMEN PAIN!!!I was taking it for 3days as directed and after first dosage I realized that I'm getting some strange cramping in my lower back side and in my left abdomen that became dull pain day and night after which I decided to stop taking them as to see if my suspicion is correct...well 2 days later or more specifically on the first day of not taking those pills I realized that that pain was slowly decreasing (still feels strange but going away slowly, THANK GOD!) MIND YOU I'VE HAD DIFFERENT WEIGHT LOSS PRODUCTS BEFORE(first time in 2009)and they weren't even as natural in all ingredients yet they did shed the pounds within a month and I never had ANY side effects. After that I tried a different one in the beginning of this year which gave me results but also they warned of extremely dry mouth and to drink A LOT of water all day,which wasn't too bad but after few weeks became uncomfortable since I constantly need to communicate with clients and it was hard to do that if I had to sip non stop on water ALL THE TIME!!!!!But at least I was feeling good and had no organ pains at all...until I purchased this product that almost made me pay a visit to ER! Not happy! FYI I eat healthy,no junk and have ZERO ALLERGIES, NONE,WHAT SO EVER, NEVER ALERGIC TO ANYTHING... I mean I even tried maca root pills that do give you great health benefits(and I've never been exposed to this root before yet my body excepts it regardless!) After this I'm soooooo disappointed, I feel let down by the developers who obviously didn't do a better job with research or tried hiding the fact that most women had similar reaction to this product particularly..... I think I've said enough, just be careful ladies even if you've never had issues with everything out There,THIS JUST MIGHT BE A FIRST!

First let me say, the weight did not appear overnight it will not disappear overnight. There are NO miracles in weight loss. That said, this product is working very well for me. I find that taking both pills 1st thing in the AM on empty stomach with a FULL 8 - 10 oz of water works much better for me than splitting the dose up throughout the day. I have not experienced any side effects at all; no nausea, headaches, moodiness, etc... What I do notice is a decrease in my overall desire to eat throughout the day. When I do eat, I do not want as much. I am still cognizant of WHAT I am eating, I.e. I am not binging on Doritos and Twinkies with a 2 liter of Pepsi. I have noticed my clothes are looser and a definite flattening of my stomach and lower abdominal areas.. I have nice energy flow through out the day. In short, it is not a miracle pill by any means but it does help the cause. Full disclosure - I am only looking to lose about 15-20 lb of fat and I do have a good amount of muscle tone already since I am fairly active person. I already eat a healthy diet, avoid sodas, most sweets, gluten, simple carbs and all highly processed foods. My weight is result of menopause and just plain old slowing of metabolism along with sluggish thyroid. But, for me this has helped. I would recommend and I will buy again without reservation.

So, this works. Even if you get the munchies, or have an emotional chocolate day,. I've been using for 4 weeks and it really helps with the curve of appetite and gives you good energy to get thru the day and burn off sone fluffyness with some house cleaning, yard work or washing your car by hand. I've been losing inches and my peeps say I'm looking good. We are our own biggest skeptics, and I can really see the slimming of my body. I Have 6 weeks to go to get body happy. Have a hot date with my love. Tip, the suggested use is fine.. make sure to be drinking lots of water or clear liquids as it makes the change easier. If you drink cafe, after a meal seemed to help me as I did not order the coffee pills suggested. I've up'd my intake now at 4 weeks in, as suggested in box fir maximum weight loss. BUT I waited til now as my body had time to adjust, everyone is different. I'm sure my weight loss will increase in speed as I have eaten less in the last couple days due to the increase in supplements. If you've got a happy body deadline or just want to feel your best, this is something that I would suggest and remind you to stay hydrated as it helps with your process. Peace and love

I purchased this product to assist me in weight loss which in a way it worked as I can honestly say that it did help curb my sweet cravings which did allow me to eat the "right" food. I stopped taking these after two weeks as I did not notice any weight loss due to taking these and I don't like to put "additional things" into my body. You may want to try if you have "deep" sugar cravings as I did as I believe it helped that but if you're thinking it's going to drop the pounds off; I don't see that happening.
